I noticed that when I go outside and watch my hummingbirds I'm happy I turn the news on I'm instantly mad it's like why why am I gonna do that right so um so I try to stay informed but not annoyed and so I just we have to notice it I mean before you can do anything you have to ask yourself what you want and you have
to be aware of it and you have to take inventory and then take steps to put a stop to it
