but there comes a time when someone needs to actually step forward physically no matter what the outcome Alex you're not really my bully not right now you probably never even were a bully to be honest 10 or 20 years back but that's what you have become you are standing in a room of your peers trying to hurt another person and you know that it's wrong you

know full well that what you are doing will pollute your name and soul forever and yet you have not stopped for years you have not stopped and today for Better or For Worse I'm trying to stop you and I hope that by the end of this you'll actually understand why this video has taken me longer than expected to publish to say the very least and the

reason for that is very simple I wasn't actually sure how to handle it the truth here is that I have an unparalleled level of access and knowledge inside the life of Alex Edson but with that knowledge there's a hefty degree of responsibility I've been forced probably for the best to carefully consider the Fallout of what I now discuss because the reality of the situation is that

Alex Edson seems to be mentally unwell he appears to be from my perspective at least an unhinged unstable and highly obsessive individual who is now having a widespread negative impact on the world around him not only that but this pattern of behavior has persisted without fail for at least the past four to five years culminating in a situation that has now gone mainstream of course on

YouTube where Alex Edson threw a channel called business casual is attempting to delete the livelihood of a mildly similar Creator named magnates media I'd like to Define my goals here very very carefully the video has One Singular intent show Alex Edson that the only logical course of action is to drop up the copyright claims and back away from the YouTube platform if he ignores this advice

and files a lawsuit of any kind he will destroy himself so completely it will go down in YouTube history and part of me actually wants to see it happen in a sense if I were a much more greedy individual I would desperately want him to sue why well because a lawsuit of this kind at this stage with the information that I have and I continue to

find every day would catapult my channel to a main stage Spotlight brighter than I've ever seen in my entire career a lawsuit right now would conjure viewers subscribers advertising dollars and more from every corner of the YouTube ecosystem not just for magnates media but also for me and it's important for me to make that clear I believe and this is 100 personal opinion I'm not a

legal consultant nor a practicing lawyer of any kind despite the fact that I have now perfected and streamlined my own ability to retain multiple separate and reputable law firms at the drop of a pin but I believe with every fiber of my being that magnates media would destroy Alex Edson in such a decisive way it would be become case law Not only would the lawsuit be

used by the entire YouTube Community for years to come as a front and center example of how and when to destroy malicious copyright abusers in a court of law it would also open the door for a countersuit there are substantial damages in play here since magnates media is a rapidly growing and highly successful Channel between private videos suppressed content as a direct result of Alex Edson

himself and what appeared to be Hollow decidedly malicious threats the list is getting rather long but suffice it to say that we are effectively faced with two separate outcomes option A Alex Edson decides to file a lawsuit against what he knows is non-infringing content which is now disputed by the way the result of this is reputational suicide in the business and creation world the stink of

that decision will never wash off and yes Alex you'll probably have to change your name in order to keep scheming the same way you are now in the end that's your choice but these are the circumstances as I see them option b a far more desirable outcome for well monitor monetarily speaking just Alex is that he does not file a lawsuit he drops all existing claims

taken down for context Alex Edson now seems to be scrubbing large portions of his prior online presence but anyway according to his profile on Indie hackers where he has recently been posting job opportunities seeking to quote reinvent the U.S patent system end quote he has built and sold three companies the latest of which allegedly awarded him 2.25 million dollars by any and all metrics available to

me Alex Edson seems to be a prolific and successful businessman but if he is truly intent upon targeting and deliberately harming YouTube creators while in the business of hurting people sometimes you meet someone who wants to fight back you Alex I will intermittently speak directly to you throughout this video you stripped John of his ability to really do that you assassinated his voice by attacking the

way that you have so now you get to deal with me let's go back in time and look at a few of these companies what are they what did they do and what can we learn from them as we do that however there's one more thing to be aware of this right here is e-brands a Delaware registered comp company appearing to be owned by Alex Edson

that has taken in roughly 1.5 million dollars in funding during a singular investment round boring yeah kinda but remember according to the most recent activity of his I could find he appears to be funding a further Venture with a million dollars that he made from the sale of a previous business I believe that this newly funded Venture is either ebrands or a company called Westinghouse AI

operating beneath ebrands as an umbrella and later on in the video we'll talk about why that is alright going back in time there's really only one place to start power TV Alex Edson during a period of time where multi-channel networks were all the rage on YouTube harvesting enormous amounts of revenue from creators often with malicious and predatory Revenue structures decided that owning a multi-channel network was

his calling that channel was power TV which was a subsidiary of scale lab scale lab had its own set of issues large ones but focusing on power TV for today there are a multitude of complaints from creators allegations run wild on social media about edson's conduct and his obsessive more vindictive Behavior aimed at silencing his own networked creators should they ever disagree with him these allegations

from many many notable YouTubers by the way include talk of sexism false flagging campaigns deliberate interference in Channel activity getting account features revoked and more but none of that stopped the network from being an unequivocal success in the sense that Alex Edson managed to become the primary representation for Jake Paul and team 10. that's no small feat and even at that time years ago the network

began generating tens of thousands of dollars per month with dozens even hundreds of creators being onboarded of all different sizes truth be told Alex may have had a future in this he could have treated creators properly attempted to provide value and run a legitimate business but somehow some way he decided not to there's more I could say here focusing on how Alex Edson allegedly tricked creators

into signing away their entire livelihood stole channels right out from underneath them and seems to have manufactured a living hell for most of his members if any of their testimony is to ever be believed I delved much further into that during a prior video with an emphasis on the video game creators and Minecraft side of things but a few individual examples are as follows keep in

mind this section is based on a prior video of mine with an enormous amount of research and content looking at Power TV from about eight months ago verifying that he was indeed the owner through various different Forum posts where he bragged about the network he had created I discovered reports from rainimator that Alex Edson had manipulated him reneged on a contract deal and deleted all of

the manipulative and deceptive communication afterwards according to a source named twist publicly claiming to be one of edson's Prior business associates which I was able to cross-reference by the way Alex would task him with false flagging campaigns against various individuals who did not wish to sign on with the network in another tweet he would even go so far as to claim that he was improperly or

never even paid from a user named saltanimate there were public allegations that Alex had actually stolen a full video questions of plagiarism were raised and further testimony from additional accounts who claimed that Alex still owed them decent sums of money which had never been given another extremely notable example was Kevin MMP a Minecraft Channel who alleged that Alex Edson had in essence abused his account horrendously

and provided compelling evidence to that end I'll link that video down below after that there was testimony from other large creators such as jobless Garrett for example that many of the people Alex had worked with were afraid to even speak up due to Legal threats and when looked at in context with a thinly Veiled Threat against magnates media being used to leverage false copyright strikes into

a weaponizable apology plus my own communication with him from the past where I can see who he is and how he acts things begin to make a whole lot more sense allegations of dislike botting more lawsuit threats predatory contracts accusations of malicious PayPal chargebacks the list goes on small channels that were just finding some degree of success were allegedly being ripped out from under the creators

who started them all for the benefit of Alex Edson and power TV I want to focus in on a specific example here one that I realize is now extremely important to the story that example is tag animations tag animations unfortunately spent some time working for Alex Edson where he completed a series of standard industry jobs the theme of those jobs should be kind of self-explanatory here

after the relationship went sour Alex Edson allegedly sent threatening messages to tag animations one of those threats pertaining to PayPal allegedly saying that Alex would contact the company and get them to delete the accounts for tag animations other messages allegedly included threats of an ic3 permanent record police report and even threats to call his employer Best Buy Alex Edson seemed to be using everything he could

possibly find everything at his disposal as as would a malintended bully really to suppress and tear down his victim the video I've already done on this portion of his life is almost 30 minutes long and there's no need to rehash all of it here and now but for a complete understanding of the topic power TV is an essential piece of the puzzle it is in effect

his foundation here on YouTube what's next next we move on to mailtag.io this is where things get wildly more interesting because mail tag was a [__] show I'd like to add that in the time since Edson sold off this particular business it seems to have dramatically improved go figure I'm not here to disparage the mail tag brand in essence only to highlight the early stages of

its life cycle as a company and let users draw their own conclusions mailtag.io was effectively a copycat software as a service program similar to mail track and by all accounts at least in the early stages it was rather successful successfully funded in 2019 on a platform called Republic mailtag managed to receive over 400 percent of its initial funding goal people liked the program but it didn't

stop there on the mailtag crowdfunding page there is one count them one update from CEO Alex Edson quote hello all today I am incredibly excited to announce that mailtag has reported its first month of net profitability it took over two years but were officially no longer cash flow negative thank you to our incredible investor base for the continued support endpoint that's great congratulations man a successful

crowdsourced a successful product and positive cash flow what could go wrong the answer to that question is everything it turns out in the comments of that post we have a bit of a lead here a user by the name Felix josman alleges with evidence by the way that mailtag had adjusted their systems and prevented users from canceling their subscriptions not just policies mind you it turns

out that a veritable Army of disgruntled users could be found lamenting the exact same thing and in the case of Felix josman in his Twitter thread which detailed evidence of the problem Alex Edson also tried to threaten him with a cease and desist claiming that if the thread was not removed Swift legal action would follow Flash Forward years later and the thread still exists once again

demonstrating that Alex Edson has a repeated pattern of weaponizing the legal system against anyone who tries to fight back ever accounts of alleged malpractice by Alex Edson during his days at the helm of mail tag are everywhere Twitter Facebook even a website called Product hunt where Alex still has a profile that website contained many user comments which can be seen here on screen scrolling by and

I'll choose a couple to read right now for the sake of impact quote don't buy it's a scam Pros good in the very beginning cons it's a scam they started charging my card and didn't allow cancellation had to report fraud case to my bank plus replace card end quote funnily enough this happens to be in the same location as edson's own ramblings claiming that his team

were consuming an illegal amount of Red Bull to get features out quickly or on time and yet what's this right here never buy mailtag never give your credit card info to mail tag below are reasons and my poor story in their dashboard there is nowhere to delete your credit card nowhere to cancel subscription I was their customer in the past years now I want to stop

and remove my card but I can't remove my card from their payment system I failed now they charge year by year just like Thief steal money from your pocket forever end quote further down I have recently faced a similar situation more after that I am a full year prepaid subscriber the product stopped working just after he closed a funding drive go figure and another one quote

first of all thanks to the new owners for taking over this product and making it work again as many have mentioned it went to a complete hibernation for a long time nothing was working my one-year subscription seemed like a total waste until Ben and Joe took the ownership end quote and please do remember those names Ben and Joe I could read more for people that are

the businesses that Alex Edson successfully sold when he did he handed the assets over to a pair of individuals named Ben Cohen and Joe Spicer these two two men put in an incredible amount of work trying to fix the company by the way evidenced by their consistent Outreach to likely enormous number of aggrieved parties who allegedly as per their own words publicly online were unable to

make edson's company stop charging their credit cards but they also did something else this is an archive it's an archive that may be gone soon because Alex Edson has worked incredibly hard to scrub this from the entire internet but it's an archive that references an AMA ask me anything with Joe Spicer and Ben Cohen called sex drugs and SAS or software as a service let's read

that apparently many many thousands of people read about before it got pulled down on most platforms however Alex I speak directly to you now I have no intention of discussing that story in any capacity I see no value in that nor is it within the confines of this encounter we are living through at the moment and I want to make it clear that learning from mistakes

and growing as a person is what we should all want to do especially you that might be disappointing to viewers I know it sounds juicy and feels like I'm dangling the drama carrot out in front of everyone in a way that they might not appreciate but sometimes in some cases there's a line Alex Edson is likely not in a strong mental position right now I understand

his obsessive nature I understand his insatiable desire to control and manipulate people but I'm not here to become evil and vile and hateful like he seems to be we all deserve a second chance or I guess like a 15th chance in his case especially in our darkest moments and with an explicitly stated goal of saving magnates media from wrongful termination that is what this whole thing

is about I'm choosing my words with extreme care There Are Rules Alex rules of common decency rules where we all get judged one way or another and while it's clear to me that you have no regard for those unspoken rules that does not mean that the rest of the world should sink to your level and use lawsuits to hurt people purely for personal gain I shall

remind you the right to speak guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S Constitution includes the right to voice opinions criticize others and comment on matters of public interest it also protects the use of Hyperbole and extreme statements when it's clear that these are rhetorical ploys I would say with unshakable confidence that your actions deliberately targeting a Creator like magnates media of his size and reputation

and your lawsuits or threats to that end pertaining to TV navosti and YouTube in particular which is a platform on which I and billions of others operate is a matter of public interest moving on we arrive at business casual many people watching this will likely already be aware of the basic chain of events with regards to the business casual Channel but let's do a short recap

Alex Edson bought the channel he was not the original Creator and then proceed to try and build on top of it that's fine in theory until he began weaponizing the content on that channel to make legal arguments against the very fabric of YouTube copyright contrary to what he could have done which is defend YouTubers and be a force for good on the platform which he kind

of tried to pretend like he was he became a force of evil weaponizing the smallest amounts of content imaginable he attempted to strike down the entire Russia Today Network for unrelated Reasons YouTube did in fact suspend advertising dollars in the Russian Federation as well as permanently suspend the RT network but Edson wasn't finished owing to the fact that Global sanctions appear in my interpretation to have

prevented them from even having proper legal representation in the chosen court of law that Alex Edson used RT lost the case there was a default judgment against them in the amount of seventy five thousand dollars plus legal fees but the very same sanctions actively hindering their defense entirely also very well may hinder the payout Alex Edson would immediately claim very publicly I might add that this

victory was absolute and and would even go so far as to say the following quote happy to announce that business casual has won its lawsuit against Russia Today We are donating our court awarded proceeds to Ukraine by purchasing 50 drones to rain grenades on Russian Invaders slavi Ukraine join us comrades end quote well now hang on a minute because as I made this video turns out

he actually deleted that claim he no longer is publicly claiming to have donated the full sum of the lawsuit winnings to Ukraine to buy 50 drones I just think I I really just do think it's hilarious that I'm catching him in real time trying to cover up lies I mean come on man this is over 50 drones that's oddly specific according to the BBC DJI mavic

drones are the most popular type of drone being used in the conflict as of right now DJI mavic drones cost roughly two thousand dollars each 1600 Euros Alex Edson has claimed that precisely 50 drones are being purchased 100 000 US dollars to help in the conflict but the same sanctions awarding him default judgment in the first place are almost certainly preventing him from getting the court

ordered payment I do not believe in the slightest that Alex Edson has actually donated anything to Ukraine I challenge him to show a 100 000 donation right now with timestamp documentation I'll check whatever screenshots he can produce using modern photo forensic tools because it is my belief that he has lied yet again I am of the opinion that perhaps nothing was donated to Ukraine or more

likely an incredibly small amount of money just so he could get the screenshot far smaller than a hundred thousand dollars to say the very least because the payout for that lawsuit is almost certainly not even claimable right now if you can prove me wrong Alex that would be enormous for your cause and perhaps this will force you to follow through on your claims and and maybe

help recover some shred of dignity on your part by actually supporting Ukraine instead of using the conflict as a self-centered prop in your own schemes for an unhinged social media campaign for support but we'll see either way to be honest I don't care in the slightest but the point here years to establish a record of who you are since the pattern of behavior that I see

is chronically habitually and intentionally malignant this is the part where I give you the viewers my opinion on the most likely current state of affairs after buying building or stealing multiple businesses and YouTube channels more than just business casual Alex Edson is sitting on a pile of cash from now selling some of those assets and properties his company ebrands has made three Investments under its umbrella

with two exits and is now attempting to expand into AI Westinghouse AI a patent-centered startup appears to be his Focus where he seems to be as per now deleted Google cash fragments filing as many patents as humanly possible his likely Target is Amazon or Google again maybe Microsoft or some other large player in the upcoming AI space and his tactic surprise surprise sue them maybe someday

in the future some kind of infringement will allow him to file a lawsuit for stealing his property or his ideas and when he sues maybe he wins big he's one of those people and you know what that's fine if he wants to make money that way targeting large corporations and using a legal framework that we do in fact have in this country I'm not here to

stop him but when he targets individual Youtubers with proven fraudulent and blatantly malicious copyright lies well in that case I'm right here and I need to stop him to further underscore what's happening here Alex Edson had or perhaps even still has a goal of registering and protecting The Color Purple that business casual uses and the name in theory that's fine you can protect your property with

legality there's no argument there that is not an issue but Edson isn't really trying to do that Edson is trying to find as many ways as humanly possible to sue people and when that behavior is affecting the world of YouTube well that's the world I live in if he will file a copyright strike not a claim or a block or anything else that's lowered down on

the totem pole a strike against a channel when that channel did not even copy his Parallax animation which has been categorically proven by the way in the very same example he tried to use as a threat against his victim then his motivations become clear he is not trying to protect himself he is trying to financially hurt people something tells me call it a gut instinct that

he has been unceremoniously fired by his own legal team at least once in the past likely multiple times something tells me call it another Instinct that his obsessive Tendencies are likely indicative of a dependency on Adderall not a doctor so take that for what you will this is my opinion of him based on the action pattern I see among other things and that kind of instability

is not to be taken lightly still further it appears that Alex is now resorting to privacy complaints the kicker he seems to be filing privacy complaints because people showed his public YouTube channel page that's it so far he seems to have hit me with actually seven of them where the claim oh they were they were thrown out by the way where the claim is that by

showing the public business casual 1 million subscriber Channel home page I have violated his privacy in all seriousness we're approaching a threshold of delusion here that may have no cure I'll say it again because the video is long enough already my one and only goal is to shut Alex down my entire effort is based on the assumption that he may still possess some semblance of rationality

and can be reasoned with to that end I'll try again you will destroy yourself Alex if you continue to attack YouTubers there will be I guarantee you with 100 certainty there will be a crowdfunded legal effort against you that includes a countersuit and brings to light things that you clearly want hidden I am offering you a chance to walk away drop the strikes never file any

strikes again you should be stripped of your ability to do so in perpetuity by the way go back to your patents and look for ways to rip off big companies leave the YouTube community in peace you might even be surprised because people lose interest fast and when you walk away so will we but right now you are an existential threat to the balance of the YouTube

ecosystem and if it comes down to a legal fight you'll be fighting a lot of people a lot of communities with a lot of money and a lot of love for each other and a whole lot of friends on top of that I could keep going there's more to say and certainly more to find but that should be enough to accomplish my goal if not well

you cannot say that I didn't warn him Alex on a human to human level this is over you are beaten you can lie or try and leverage the legal system but the effects of that will be catastrophic any case you file at this point will explode into the public sphere of YouTube you spent your time on this platform hurting people deceiving them and making enemies if

even a fraction a tiny fraction of the allegations out there are true you would be pushing A self-destruct button by going down this road and if I can't help you see that then maybe you're just too far gone and it should happen to you Alex this life is a test and we only get one chance you are failing I now believe based on everything that I've

learned found out and discovered that you are in pain I probably had quite a lot to do with that based on my prior videos but I mean this when I say it move past this don't let this destroy you by thinking that every single time someone says something you don't like or criticizes you that you have to try and hurt them with the legal system I

know that feeling well not the legal system part really but I know the basic gut feeling that you get I understand it I felt it before and I've struggled to shut it down but this time you get to walk away you are able to let this go truly you are if you make that choice and right now for the betterment of your life and the lives

of everyone else around you I hope you're willing to do that everything in this video is defensible I presented allegations for what they are I labeled opinion for what it is and I showed the world the Legacy that you are currently leaving behind it's up to you to change that Legacy no one can really do it for you you but first you have to want that
