Twitter leeching off of esteemed guests and celebrity appearances Elon Musk Hunter Biden Grant Cardone sitting U.S politicians crypto Executives and now even additional billionaires like Mark Cuban the formula works it absolutely does and I'd be lying if I didn't acknowledge Mario's infectious ability to weasel his way into public discourse while contributing quite literally nothing of value but the most important thing to remember is that Public

Image and personal reality are very often different things I have numerous different videos pertaining to this exact subject a playlist will be linked Down Below in the description showcasing the entire Journey from start to finish but for the sake of time here's a general summary after initially criticizing Mario's prior business called IBC group the wheels fell off I obtained documentation from over a dozen separate sources

internal external current and former employees Executives clients and more and during that process I came to understand that Mario has been running a series of shady operations for years which resulted in financial harm misrepresentations to potential investors and even threads that seem to indicate actual money laundering embezzlement and fraud that's for the authorities to decide absolutely which they will but all of the evidence and commentary

is again linked down below for everyone to see if they so choose I'll spare everyone some sort of rehash timeline yet again but this is the basic chain of events after discovering Mario I did a video critical of him he responded with a terribly constructed defense so I criticized him yet again he responded this time with a possible lawsuit but that threatened lawsuit was so terrible

it resulted in him firing his own lawyer on my command providing me with proof by the way so that I could add it to my own bar complaint I conducted interviews with Mario in which he either deliberately misrepresented material facts or negligently spread false information about his own track record and business dealings which resulted in even more videos with Insider Source documentation from multiple companies about

what has been going on suffice it to say it's a disaster IBC group led by Mario Naval is one of the worst examples of rich kid crypto economics that I've ever seen in my entire life with what I would describe as a universal negative impact on the world around it and now we finally have an update finally because this is as quickly as I could get

to it which I believe will be simultaneously hilarious and also serve as the ultimate Capstone to my coverage again there's a lot of context here a complete video showcasing everything at once would be multiple hours long who knows maybe I just meld all of them together later on and do it that way in the future but for right now we have another potential lawsuit to take

a look at which Mario sent as a sort of threat against me and rather than handling things behind the scenes I think the proper approach this time in particular is to put it all out there and detail precisely where I intend to go from here and some people may say no but radical transparency man I'm trying to embrace it keep in mind the first time Mario

threatened to sue me it was so bad I told him to fire his own lawyer which he did let's hope the second one is a little bit better here it is now some people may immediately notice that I'm not blurring my name or address and I'd like to thank everyone for their concern truly but I'm choosing to do this deliberately for one the address is merely

a registered agent of my business not me but much more importantly all lawsuits of this nature are public domain if Mario decides to file which I want him to this would become public anyway so to demonstrate my own resolve clearly I'm acting as if it's already been done here it is again far too long for me to individually go over every single claim but the links

are down below for all prior context and believe you me there's a lot of it this lawsuit ultimately asserts that I have caused objective economic harm greater than 10 million dollars basically because of me he didn't get 10 million dollars I guess of people's money to play with during his funding attempts and one million dollars worth of expectancy profits on the non-existent 10 million dollars correct

me if I'm wrong down in the comments below but he is trying to argue that my content stopped him from getting 10 million dollars from investors and therefore all the money he would have earned subsequently using that 10 million dollars for whatever he wanted can be claimed as damages on top I don't know maybe I'm wrong but this is one of the most asinine things I've

ever heard and it's a joke of a lawsuit regardless the document goes on to request quote monetary damages in an amount to be determined at trial not less than their actual damages lost profits and related opportunities their attorney's fees and costs and other damages which this court deems necessary and appropriate end quote that's the meat and bones with his shiny new legal advisor I hope he

doesn't fire this one for incompetence as well asserting that everything I have said is verifiably false focusing on a few specific examples and once again threatening me in a very transparent attempt at intimidation sadly for him it's not going to work this complaint draft was given to me on February 14th with a deadline of 10 calendar days for the suit to actually be filed so I

decided to watch and wait the funny thing is while this time was elapsing Mario was still approaching new clients and trying to secure additional business I'll refrain from commenting on those activities very much except to say one thing this right here is the document being sent out at least most recently by IBC to possible investors and or clients where five out of the eight people in

executive and Leadership positions on the pitch deck or chart or investor relations proposal whatever you want to call this five out of the eight people don't even work there IBC has fallen apart so completely Mario doesn't even have people to list on his investor pitch deck or his client pitch deck resorting to well listing people that quit a long time ago as if they still work

for the company I mean can we picture that there might be something wrong with that seems like it to me I'm still keeping tabs Mario I'm still digging still got sources inside your company and hopefully this video will finally make you see reality let me make this as plain as possible Mario I want you to file your pathetic little lawsuit I want a jury trial and

I'm going to tell you my exact step-by-step plan which you can either walk right into blindly or admit once and for all that you are less of an entrepreneur less of an executive and less of a man than you pretend file the lawsuit I [__] dare you and when you do this will be the response first I'll show this message message right here to my community

half asian Kraken here on YouTube for his incredible prowess all funds raised by my community will be put towards two things first defense of your flagrantly idiotic 10 million dollar investor lawsuit whatever the hell that is and then a countersuit against you because of your inclusion of manscaped in the first publicly humiliated dropped and holistically eviscerated lawsuit where you eventually fired your own lawyer for incompetence

all sorts of amazing details about IBC I have documents from inside your company pertaining to all manner of Client Services invoices budgets unpaid back pay whatever you want to call it pitches investors you name it I have it and I have over a dozen separate sources internal and external at various different levels if some of those records are outdated or incomplete you could focus on them

but I have one very precise question to ask think deep and think long Mario when you watch this because I know that you're going to come up with a really troubling answer have you ever done anything you are now trying to hide if the answer is no if you've never ripped people off stolen money siphoned it out of a publicly traded company for personal benefit refused

to play to pay ex-employees or contractors had extremely damaging circumstances result in your dismissal from a prior company in the position of CEO never stolen money in other blockchain projects like diesel for example even though all of it is on the blockchain which we can find and have found never lost money for massive and Powerful players in crypto whose names you don't want out there um

I was going to say a rhyme of the name but that person's a heavy hitter and you definitely don't want them dragged into this but actually I kind of do maybe I will drag them into this I don't know but regardless file that lawsuit right now if you've never done anything wrong even though you're way past the date you threatened me with because you might actually

have a shot if you're innocent if you're really The Golden Boy of crypto who's never done anything wrong you might have a shot but if you have done things that you don't want people to know about if you have ripped people off committed Financial crimes that are absolutely traceable and grifted your way to a position of influence with a massive trail of financial damage in your

past well you won't file that lawsuit because search and Discovery will rip you to shreds in a way that you can't even possibly imagine I can keep digging through the the Athena group of companies your prior services at IBC which you tried to wipe from the website but I have a complete archive and recording of everything your website held before you tried to update and delete

it and before you got it deliberately excluded from the internet archives which again come on man you tried to cover Your Tracks humiliating yourself in the process but I want to tell you man to whatever the [__] you are it failed the life of this kind of back and forth we have which is pretty one-sided I gotta say but the life of this Feud is in

your hands you can crawl away in disgrace right now or you can do the exact thing that I want you to do well while I sit here daring you to do it sync yourself on a clearly visible Iceberg where you're going to turn the wheel and hit the iceberg like a goddamn Titanic and ruin your entire future in any public Arena by being too selfish self-centered
