Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Trader Code Crypto Podcast. This will be my last podcast for a little while as I am taking a much needed and I dare I say about myself deserved break. Yes, I'm going to be taking the time to spend with family and my kids over Christmas and I'll be back in 2023. And look, this is as much about, well
this is a thank you, really. It's been a wild ride in 2022, you know. I mean, geez, what we have had to deal with, my goodness me, it's enough to break a lot of people, but it hasn't broken, well, maybe it has broken some of us, but it's been a journey. I mean, if you consider back on the first week of January, we had an opening
price of what is it, 47,324 and now we're currently sitting at 17,400. It's been a wild year of the market being down and it's not been pleasant. We've seen a lot of companies go out of business, which is affected us, the general public, you know, we've seen Celsius block five. Obviously FTX was a big one. There's many, many out there. And whilst it's painful, trust me,
I do appreciate how painful it is. I mean, not only was I, personally lost a lot of money, the pain from knowing that, you know, I was, I was promoting FTX, you know, I was out there. I don't show away from that. We had a contract with them to produce content. We did that. We enjoyed that. Most people that watched it also enjoyed it. There was
a very heavy heart and still, it still is a heavy heart. And that's part of the reason why I'm taking a bit of an extended break because I just need to get that off my chest. I need to just let it come into me settle for a period of time so that then I can deal with it internally and move on and become stronger and, you
know, take it on board, really learn from it. We've learned a lot from it. I've learned a lot from it personally. But I can't really describe how hard it is when, you know, you've got a lot of clients that are trading with that particular platform because you said this is the one to go with and it was. They would definitely had the best interface. And I
appreciate everyone who's reached out and tried to take that burden off me. And we make our own choices. You've always said that, you know, you talked about counterparty risk and not having too much on the exchange. I really appreciate that you won't know how much that means to me. But yeah, it's the pain that caused the internal struggle on that has been really, really intense. I
am happy to say that we have found someone else to trade with which we have been spending a very, very long time on. And for those that are in the discord community, you'll get access to see. Who that is before this is actually live and we'll let you know throughout, excuse me, throughout announcements and what not as to what's going on there. But they tick the
boxes from everything that you can possibly know. And that's the thing I want to just touch on there. Everything that we can possibly know. How are we to know that F, that FCX was in that position. We weren't to know. It's as simple as that. And as much as I can sort of just, you know, you think, oh, you didn't do anything wrong. So, you know,
how could you have known that still doesn't take the burden of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of me, but, we're been working tirelessly comparing exchanges, bring, extraceily, flush, flush, flush, flush, flush, flush,
flush, flush, flush, lle checklistful application. If you're an Developer and you don't really use it, and all of a sudden smart way what can't put you, it doesn't even have to be your hobby. So, you know, we blast into this thing and you should just keep doing that, okay, but it gives purpose to, you know, adece. Appearance, need checkism, need check allergy, need, and, you know, these
are just major methods. So, you know, if you had been working with customers or'd say, yeah, they want to fix your, you know, grow, back of them or have classes, interesting chats, tend to be no longer there. Well, I know, they are. So you know, remember, what people take, now they're new to options with progressed advice, Harold. You're managing your risks, your account size. Anyway, this
is coming back to the Christmas message of saying thanks. Appreciate all of you. The Discord community will go on without me. So too, will the live trading floor scans and content, what not. The podcast won't have as much content out there, because I won't be around to do as much, but there will still be shows. So please tune into those. And, yeah, if you're not in
the Discord, go jump in and, you know, get stuck in and see what it's all about of a Christmas. If you've got a bit of time off, I'm not going to hurt. So yeah, a big thank you to all of you. I watched this show and I've said this a lot on a lot of my content that I believe are not. But I think it's important.
I watched this show on, it's on Foxtail, that was an SPS or ABC or something like that, which was, it's called alone. And it's just such a brilliant series that they drop a bunch of people out in the middle of some arctic type, you know, freezing place. And they get 10 items to take. Those 10 items can be whatever they choose, but they've got to make
their own shelters. They've got a hunt. They've got a forage. They've got to look at it. After themselves, obviously, there's, you know, in each of these places, there's like bears and crazy ass wild animals and wolves and moose and all that sort of stuff. And they've got to survive as long as they can. And if they win, they win. It's, you know, a very large sum
of money. They're there to win, but they're also to have a great experience. These are not just everyday joys. These are people that have experience in survival. But also it's not their full time gig for the most part. So I watched this show and I watch it with my children. And I watch it with my children because the less lessons that you see when people are
close to breaking, close to what they call tapping out. I think that's the essence of, you know, without having to go through that experience, you can really see what matters, what truly is important. When we push to our limits, we do start to realize what matters and what doesn't. I've been pushed to my limits and a number of things this year. And I've become a lot
more comfortable in knowing what's important to me. It's not, you know, it's not having lots and lots of money. Whilst that's enjoyable and it does make life easier. The real good stuff is family and friends and knowing who you are, you know, you see these people when they've been there for 65 days and they say, I've had enough. I'm tapping out. Not one of them say
anything about money. They're always saying, I know what's important to me now. It's my partner. It's my family. It's my kids. I can't live without that. They live without money out there doing their thing. And sure, they want the money. Everyone wants a bit of money, right? But that's not what drives us. There's more to life than just that pursuit of financial success. Be a great
parent. Be a loving partner. Listen. You know, be a really fantastic friend and give what you can and love all the time. And I hope that over the Christmas period, if you do get a break, that you get to do this and really double down on that because you don't know when someone's going to leave this earth. And we've learnt that a lot over this pandemic
period that people can get nasty very, very quickly over. Simulity in eight. You know, unnecessary things. And the world's become this big shouting box. And I don't really like it, to be honest. So tune out. That's what I'll be doing. And I hope you get to do the same. So for me to you and your family, I love you. And I hope you have a great
Christmas. Now on to the market. Okay. So like I said, with Bitcoin, what were four, so 17, 415 dollars right now. And look, I tell you what, after selling off yesterday, two and a half percent on Bitcoin, we've got the cradle. Right in that 12 hour zone around some sort of partial support. So all resistance coming, becoming support. Little cradle right in here. We still got
eight hours to go on that. But it's looking pretty tasty. We'll see how that ends up unfolding. But it is really at a crucial point. I'm not too concerned. Well, it'll be what it'll be. It's pulled back into that zone. There might be a trade later. I don't think I'm going to be around at 11 o'clock tonight. And secondly, I do have a position on in
profit, which is a manero, which I've been in for a week and a bit. I don't think I'll be adding anything. Because I won't be awake at 11 o'clock. And as a matter of fact, I'm looking forward to closing that manero position at some point. Because then I can truly tune out of the markets and just rest and do what I want to do. So about
17,400 dollars, up 0.34% there on Ethereum. Sorry, on Bitcoin. Ethereum is at 1270 after selling off yesterday. About 3.2%. We're up 0.4% today at 1270 dollars, not much to speak of. It's not. Well, then a strong moving higher on Ethereum is what Bitcoin was. As Bitcoin did move higher. We're going to level there on Binance. It looks as though Binance wants to hold above $250. It
seems to be whether that's artificial or not. Of course, a lot of talk about Binance. It's not really that positive at the moment going on with him doing interviews and whatnot and really not answering questions all that well. But last time we got down to about that 250 markets, a matter of fact, the low is 24917. We saw a rally. Now that was back in no.
Yeah, 21st of November was that low. We saw a rally of about just shy of 30% over the coming four or five days. Not saying that's going to happen again this time, but we are definitely sitting around a region of support in what is a daily downtrend. We're at 1.3% right now on Binance at 262 and 60 cents. XRP pretty bloody side ways to be honest
with you. Not much really going on there unless you're looking at the lower time frames in which case a breakout trade is potentially setting up right now actually. It's a 37 cents down point four percent today after closing down 1.8% yesterday. Doge closed down 3.9% yesterday at 1.8% today to be our top mover to the upside in the top 10. Sitting at 8.6 cents. Not much
to speak of though. Cardano is down again 2.4% and very close to lows of 2022 being reestablished. New lows I should say to 29.9 cents down point three percent. Mathic yesterday. So all of 2.65% currently at all the eights. 8.8 cents. So 88.8 cents up 1% on the nose. Doge down point three of a percent after closing up just 0.3% yesterday. So it was up 0.33%
yesterday. It's down 0.33% today at $5.21. Solana yesterday down only 0.4% of a resistance at $14.18 right now could potentially provide a trading opportunity. It's sitting at $14.04 and it is flat on the day and to round out our top 10 in the last podcast for me for the year is Sheba which was down yesterday 0.67 up 1.24% today. So again a big thank you a
big Merry Christmas to all of you. Well happy holidays depending on all that sort of stuff. I hope you're well take it easy when you can. Love and give and be kind and know the money isn't everything being a good person bloody counts in this world you trust me on that. You take care. You have a good break if you get one and I'll be back
in the new year. Thank you very much for everything this year everybody. I really appreciate you and everything you do. Well last time for 2022. Bye for now.
