will not let you be the best version of yourself you can possibly be so instead create a timelines for AI that is suitable to you next have someone monitor you and check in on you to make sure that you're not crossing your boundaries and you're keeping to the time limit that you have searched for yourself and lastly I encourage the use of AI Enlighten people on
