so the other day president Trump in a speech former president Trump in a speech uh said I want to ban socialists and Communists and marxists from coming to this country now he started out by saying just in terms of immigration which by the way is already not allowed is already crazy it's already unconstitutional Etc um but then he even went on to be like well what
are we going to do with the ones that are already here maybe there should be a new law about that again it's an insane point it's an absolutely insane Point well um Rick Scott had previously before Trump sort of mentioned something like this on Twitter and there was a lot of negative feedback there was a backlash I'm sure there were right-wingers who were like based Rick
Scott based Gremlin boy um but a lot of people are like you're a psycho well the day after Trump was out there saying bad socialist and communist he's like I gotta get some of this attention because I can't get it any other way so now he releases a video where he says the following sooner Rick Scott here let me give you a travel warning if you're
a Socialist Communist somebody that believes in big government I would think twice think twice if you're thinking about taking a vacation or moving to Florida we're in the free state of the Florida we actually don't believe in socialism we actually know people and we some people are saying lived under it we know people lived in our socialism is not good it's not good for anybody you

well don't come you're a communist God Jesus Christ they tell on themselves man they really do they lived under it and we know people lived in our socialism is not good it's not good for anybody so if you're thinking about it if you think about coming to Florida your social communist think twice we like Freedom Liberty capitalism things like that I love freedom so people who
disagree with me don't come here by the way Rick Scott um this guy I'm not kidding about this go look it up he did the largest Medicare fraud in history the largest Medicare fraud in history I think it was 300 million dollars worth so stop and think about that this guy was sucking that big government teat to the point where it was literally fraudulent and he's
like I don't even like socialist bro but if it's hundreds of millions millions of dollars coming to your ass all of a sudden big government is wonderful no I have no respect for these people first of all you literally look like a gremlin second of all your personality is comically sad I mean look compare this guy to Trump like how Trump talks how Trump acts he's
a showman this guy it's like he starts talking you want to run away and they're all now leaning into this now on the one hand it's silly it's never going to happen it'd be illegal it'd be unconstitutional Etc but like when you start seeing these arguments get to a fever pitch like for example all the Republican candidates running for president talking about how we should go
invade Mexico we should bomb the cartels without the Mexican government's approval like when you have all of them saying it it begins to get a little creepy it begins to get a little scary it begins uh to get questionable and when you have multiple Republican politicians who are like I just want to ban people who don't agree with me it's it's silly but it's also a
little scary because this is what they think of you right this is what they think of and by the way when they say socialist and Communists you know they mean literally anybody who's a Democrat right anybody who's slightly to the left of center like they would call Nancy Pelosi a communist right so and the final point which you know to me is the overarching point really
is it has been right wing commentators have been their whole thing for the past five or so years has been you know the left doesn't agree in engagement and discourse and dialogue and debate and free expression the left wants to censor people because they're authoritarians well we believe in the free Marketplace of ideas May the best ideas win May the cream rise to the top good
and they act like oh we're in favor of all different viewpoints and just having the conversation having the discussion this was their whole thing for five years and then on a dime it's just kidding ban people who disagree with me ban people who are left of center kick them out we don't want him here so who's really the authoritarian in question here who really doesn't believe
in discourse and dialogue and freedom of speech and free expression it's you guys and it is it's part and parcel with far-right movements forever this is what they do this is who they are and so I always find it funny when they're like we need to allow in more politically diverse voices they say these things and then a lot of like the the Centrist or liberal
Outlets will bring in conservative voices and it's like nobody ever says that and then advocates for a communist to come write an article or make an argument right nobody ever says or open all perspectives and it's like bring in the left-wing Anarchist you know bring in the Marxist they don't do that but even the Socialists bring in the Socialists no when they say well we need
more diverse voices they're always saying bring in more right Wingers so it the game is rigged it's pathetic and uh honestly anybody who's affiliated with this ideology should be embarrassed because this is embarrassing the whole all the things all the lifters snowflakes this is as snowflakey as it gets this is as authoritarian as it gets and also if they're serious and they were to act on
it it's super dangerous right it really is but hopefully they're all bark and no bite and they're just goofy and ridiculous um I don't even know who this appeals to to be honest like who does this appeal to Old Boomer fascists like what are we really talking about here but uh look leave the heavy lifting to Trump because you don't have the juice to pull it
