Kyle REACTS To Trump's Secret Tapes | The Kyle Kulinski Show

all right everybody welcome to the show I got a great one for you today so um we have I'm playing catch up a little bit here but I need to react to the leaked secret Trump audio tape where he basically admits to his crimes I'm gonna lead with that in just a second we also have an amazing story or I should say a couple of stories

of decisions the Supreme Court made that was just yesterday that I did a segment titled the Supreme Court is effed and uh today we gotta reel that in a little bit because apparently out of nowhere they decided to make two decisions that are actually correct and I'm just as shocked as you that this happened in fact one of the cases people were speculating and I don't

think it was wild speculation I think it was accurate speculation that if the Supreme Court had gone the other way on this case that it would be the end of democracy as we know it that's not hyperbole I'll give you the facts of the case and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about but thankfully they went in the proper direction we also have a two versus

one debate on abortion it's two anti-abortion activists versus Destiny and man it was heated man it was intense But ultimately I think Destiny got the better of them and then later on in the show today we have the anatomy of a right-wing lie so we have RNC research uh and Marjorie Taylor green and many other Republicans are running with a quote from Joe Biden which is

just completely and utterly disingenuous dishonest misleading and they're leaving out like the five second clip afterwards which totally debunks their bogus claims so we'll get into that and much much more all right without further Ado let's go ahead and jump into it here so look I'm a couple days uh late to this one here but I wanted to react to the CNN got their hands on

the Trump audio tape where he's basically admitting to committing crimes he's talking about how he has top secret or classified information he's waving it around he's like you're not really allowed to look at this I can't really declassify it anymore but do you want to take a look at this I'll let you take a look at this if you want to take a look at this

um so I'm going to play that for you and then I'm also going to tell you what his reaction was and what many right-wing commentators reaction was to this incident it is really something special listen to this this is a bad sick people but that was your coup you know against you well it started right when Millie's talking about oh you were going to try to

do it no they were trying to do that before you even were sworn by the way look at the people that he surrounds himself with oh sir you're amazing sir sir your farts don't smell I don't think you've ever done anything wrong people say you were trying to do a coup I think they were trying to coo you I think they were trying to cool you

really you saw what happened on January 6th and you don't think that's important I mean best case scenario you could just describe it as a riot that was doomed to fail but worst case scenario he was trying to prod Mike Pence to overturn the results of the election reject the results of the election he gave a speech where he said everybody's got to be strong be

strong march on the Capitol and be strong we can only take our country back with strength he was like yeah maybe when they're chanting hang my pets maybe you deserved it so clearly at its highest aspiration it was an Insurrection or a coup at worst it was a riot which was doomed to failure but still with the goal of keeping your ass in office and your

people have the nerve to be like sir I think they were trying to kill you actually when the guy who won by seven million votes tried to take office I think that was rather unfair against you it's it's guys like Trump massive narcissists massive ego he wants to surround himself with people who are just gonna cuddle his ball sack they were trying to do that before

you even were sworn in that's right trying to overthrow your life well with Millie uh let me see that I'll show you an example I'll show you an example quote I'll show you an example now let's keep listening by the way the main claim he's gonna make here and you'll see it it'll unfold in front of you here is that I didn't want to attack Iran

is off the Record but they presented me this so this is him showing the papers I have a big pile of papers this thing just came up look I'm gonna quote that again look paper shuffling this was him they presented me this he's currently showing a top secret classified document and remember with Donald Trump it was way worse than Mike Pence way worse than Joe Biden

we're not talking about papers that are part of the over classification problem where the government says hey we're going to classify this just because It embarrasses us this is stuff that should actually be classified at Mar-A-Lago he also had like nuclear secrets vulnerabilities of the United States Etc so this is serious stuff and this one this is off the Record why are you saying it's off

the Record because you know you don't have the ability to declassify it and you don't have the right to show these people this information this is off the Record but they presented me this this was him this was the defense department in him we looked at some this was him this wasn't done by me this was him all sorts of stuff it's pages long wait a

minute let's see here [Music] yeah I just found isn't that amazing this totally wins my case you know except it is like highly kindly everybody was joking when we first got news about what he did with classified information that he's basically recorded being like I'm the crimes man I love committing crimes watch me commit some crimes call me crime you make crimington and then the tape

comes out and that's exactly correct that is exactly what's going on here like this is as far as dead to rights goes this is as dead to rights as it gets there's no if ands or buts about it this was anybody else game set match dog there's a secret information look at this this is secret information look look at this [Music] Anthony Weiner okay I love

this they're like oh this is what crooked Hillary does she would have printed that out and showed people he's literally showing it to you right now and you're not approved as he classified or top secret he's doing the thing that you accuse Hillary of doing which by the way Hillary is guilty of a lot of that stuff I think she should have been indicted I think

she should have been convicted I think she should have been locked up but so should Trump but now it gets funny I actually enjoy this tape for a number of reasons you'll see Anthony Weiner she'd send this to Anthony Weiner the Pervert [Laughter] oh he is funny you got to give him that he's a funny dude man by the way isn't that incredible yeah I was

just saying because we were talking about it and you know he said he wanted to attack Iran and what he's in the face this was done by the military given to me no I can't as president I could have Declassified it now I can't that cuts directly against everything he's been saying in his defense because I I have the right into the presidential records act I

have the unilateral right to declassify anything I want to declassify whether in office or out of office here very soberly explains exactly what the law is is amazing it really does go to show you too that like he knows he's lying he knows he's full of it which honestly that was an open question usually when somebody's a pathological liar you get the sense that they've even

convinced themselves of Their Own Line of BS that's what happens with a lot of pathological Liars but with Trump this was not that long ago this was 2021 and he's accurately describing what the law is and then now he says the opposite so he knows every time he opens his mouth he's full of it he knows that man this is a this is a damaging tape

Jesus no I can't you know but this is yeah isn't that interesting yeah it's so cool I mean it's so I'm look we're here and I have a and you probably almost didn't believe me but now you believe me no I believe it's incredible right no they bring some bring some Cokes in please [Music] in the midst of his crimes bring uh bring some Cokes in

please God he he is funny I will always give him that right no they bring some uh bring some Cokes in please there you go now by the way the whole like if you're trying to be as kind as possible in interpreting this like to steal man his argument he's saying they were lying about me they were saying I want to attack Iran but I don't

want to attack Iran they wanted to attack Iran and here's the papers that they presented me with for a plan to attack Iran now the Pentagon draws up all kinds of plans about I'm sure they have plans on invading some country you would have never imagined we'd ever have a beef with right like that's what they do they have all these plans it's all this contingency

stuff uh so that doesn't mean they necessarily wanted to attack Iran number one number two the idea he's like I didn't want to attack I never want to do attack I don't know it's them who wanted to do it you did attack you did remember when you marked qasim suleimani a top Iranian commander who by the way was on the field fighting Isis we acted as

the de facto Air Force for Isis because you wanted to take that guy out and by the way that led to a Tit for Tat and they were attacking some of our people and we kept attacking some of their people it was very damaging terrifying scary moment because it looked like we were gonna go to all-out war with Iran but he did an illegal assassination of

a top Iranian Commander that is you attacking Iran by the way you act like you don't want to say you ripped up the Iranian nuclear agreement which was working it was verified over a dozen times by the international atomic energy agency it was working you ripped it up which by the way then in turn made Iran go okay I guess we will go ahead and move

further down the path of creating a nuclear weapon you have yourself to blame for that so you did attack an Iranian Commander and a story a lot of people don't remember is that Trump there was a scandal I forget which maybe it was one of his impeachments or something like that where um there was reporting at the time Trump is considering attacking Iran like a full-scale

attack and then people dug up apparently when Obama was President and there was some Scandal I don't remember which Scandal it was um but Trump said on Twitter I bet I bet Obama's gonna attack Iran to deflect from his scandal which is taking him down this incredible Scandal I bet he's gonna do that to change the conversation and so then when Trump's president when he's got

some sort of a scandal going on the reports were he's the one who's considering attacking Iran which would be the same thing he accused Obama of trying to orchestrate when he was president and so do I take his word for it that like well I didn't even want to do it first of all you did it you killed General suleimani second of all of course I

believe that you were drafting plans to do it he's the most impulsive person maybe that's ever been president of the United States so even the argument of like I didn't want to attack they wanted to attack I don't buy it and also remember I think it was General milley who had to talk Trump down from invoking the Insurrection act when there were the George Floyd protests

and riots he was like yeah I want to deploy the U.S military on our streets and basically declare martial law Go full police state totally destroy the idea of a First Amendment and free speech and free protest and it was Millie who was like that is not that does not seem like you got it in fact Millie gave a press conference a couple days after and

he was like we're gonna go ahead and not do that we don't deploy the US military in the streets of the United States of America so this is a guy who in many ways has shown way more restraint than Donald Trump has and so his argument that he's the one who's you know insane he's the one who's wanting to attack everybody I don't believe you but

really all that secondary to the main point of the conversation here which is when you look at the crimes they are crystal clear he's admitting to them uh it's kind of crazy now I told you I'd give you what their defense is you guys are going to love this and it's not just Trump it's also Sean Hannity it's basically anybody who's team Trump what their argument

is at this point in time they're saying well he was lying he didn't actually have those papers you know how Trump is Trump's a liar and so this is an instance of him lying and so you can't really take his word for it that he was he had classified information and he was showing it to them by the way this specific document is one of the

documents they can't find they don't know where it is even after all the the raids and you know all the attempts to ask him to give up all your classified they don't know where this document is but I'm not kidding when I say Trump's argument himself is like it was Bluster it was Bluster I didn't even have the thing I was a liar and you know

I'm a well-known liar so how do you know I was telling the truth when I was saying I'm the crimes man and I'm committing crimes it's amazing it is amazing but by the way you that's not going to be a good argument in a court of law why because if you're saying hey I was lying then what you're saying is I am a liar which means

a judge or a jury would be like how do I know you're not lying right now how do I know that and so that is you want to talk about a desperate argument that is as desperate as it gets and it shows that they genuinely think they're in trouble they really believe they're in trouble wow so look I mean again I said it before I'll say

it again if this was anybody else it's game set match it's a wrap it's over it's done you're talking about spending time Behind Bars it's that simple since it's Donald Trump you literally just never know it's a pro-trump judge who has not recused herself um so that makes it an issue apparently if it's a jury case in South Florida you only need one hold out in

order for him to not be found guilty so like there's mitigating factors but at the same time it's a 99.6 conviction rate of the feds at the same time I've never seen a case with more clear-cut evidence so I don't know what's going to happen but again if this was anybody else it'd be over it'd be over and we're not even having the conversation about apparently

Jack Smith is also looking into January 6 related crimes and he got some of the fake collectors to flip on Trump so I don't know man my biggest fear at this point to be honest is that the timeline doesn't work and by the time you actually get any movement on the case by the time you actually get any kind of guilty verdict or whatever you're talking
