buzaglo she looks absolutely terrified that I discovered I had a real true passion and talent for anything having to do with the culinary arts then why are you on this show you're a Kitchen Nightmares explain yourself so in 2006 Sammy invested over a million dollars into this restaurant to make my dreams I can help him yeah we are ready never open a restaurant that's the only

thing I've learned from Gordon Ramsay nightmares and kitchens are disgusting approximately two years ago these reviewers and these lies and say that they ate the food and it was disgusting he's so called customers decided to write my what all right so she's immediately not taking accountability this should be interesting when Gordon appears they're just haters haters do you think people go to your restaurants just to

write bad reviews no they have a bad time there's a lot of things that are wrong with the food that she just doesn't realize too garlicky too buttery too sweet not cooked enough too overdone that doesn't work for me if anyone tell me that my wife's food is not good I just tell them to leave the restaurant I don't want them and don't come back hell

not true because they're they're used to eating processed wood chips or used to getting things for free you can't get a word um let's catch up with the haters have a quick look at the kitchen of course uh normally owners don't like it when I expect kitchens but the floor's shiny it's like a basketball court nice I appreciate that you want the jacket you don't need

trying to be online bullies and say horrible things online bullies this guy came in that started this entire online bullying he ordered pizza margarita and after I say okay how is your pizza I say a frozen pizza the next day he went and gave us a review oh my God my wife she was retaliated you wrote back to him oh right why I told him I

thought he was a loser he was a [__] I understand he insulted me are you a control freak I am yes what a combination yeah clone us [Laughter] well we have three little boys but they're trapped inside cat bodies thank you the meow as well I really appreciate that they're my whole life besides my husband and my business I speak feline stop oh my God for

the first time oh you are both [__] nuts yeah it's pretty much just me a month and a half good tips I don't make tips say that again I make hourly serious to the only server in this country I know that doesn't get tipped out so where do the tips go the owner that's so weird yeah you spoke earlier about the problem with staff yeah I

just found out something pretty major Miranda the young girl yeah you go give her her tips no Sammy cannot take service tips then bring me the people who's going to do their job and I don't have to interfere they can take the whole tips for them it's like we can't find proper staff while we also screw them over completely wow I don't understand how this happened

this story was becoming a little clearer [Music] okay yeah this is the chef's order okay I believe that once Chef Ramsay tastes my food as a chef he'll be able to tell that this is what God wants me to do what dough is raw dude I feel it it's raw story I don't know how we come out today like this but normally today yesterday could play

about the same thing what's wrong nothing nothing Sammy sugar coats a lot of what happens in the restaurant so Amy gets this feeling that like everything she's doing is correct everything why am I so scared of her with the knives I don't know why she hasn't done anything violent but I'm still terrified anytime I see her with the knife I know my wife she doesn't take

the criticism she will be shaking and then she said that's it I'm living telling you the truth do you want to tell her come with me you tell her he is scared you tell her hey you want to come with me it's good that you can communicate with your wife you know she will know I will just go go out to another country and I'll write

her letter and then she knows 75 minutes in and so far I've had a undercooked Pizza this is the reason I never like going to restaurants in UK because it'll always take like an hour and I'm like what's the point you wasting my goddamn time I wouldn't say like all Japanese food are like the best ever but at least you always get it at a reasonable

time and I think that matters to me so much more is that just me I ain't got an hour just to sit and have lunch nah I'm a busy man and I get hungry and a little cranky give me the food now and then I gotta wait for them to give me the bill what's up with that a lot of nerve calling this a blue ribbon

Burger well I don't even know what that is but yes that looks terrible you're right it's not ew oh it's a greasy ass burger God damn I'm Ewing because I've definitely had a burger like that I feel like you're here as well you know what I mean hell it'll stop squeezing it is over complicated so unnecessary and look oh my God there's one there we go

more than Gordon so to me it wasn't okay so that's your version because you didn't see her come back however the bun for the beef burger was soggy as anything blue cheese marinated mushrooms crispy bacon bits white truffle oil who comes up with those ideas I did because there's certain things that don't go together and that's for them I have never had a problem with that

hamburger ever because your husband doesn't tell you yeah exactly oh gee I wonder why and I was having a problem with it about the 500 Burgers everyone hated why like can't they just take criticism and be like oh you're right how should I make the pizza better Gordon that's all you have to do not just go there's something wrong is it so [__] hard God damn

these are store-bought crap frozen ravioli crap and they're delicious and I the first time I've ever cooked did you taste it you didn't taste that one as a strawberry ravioli can be really good obviously but my monsters made it from scratch many times it doesn't take anything to take her that long I think and it's so much better it's delicious never had a problem with it

but you usually love it yes real customers not haters oh come on Amy gravioli is better you're just a hater door day God sacrilegious ladies and gentlemen two seconds please the owner is trying to pull the wall over your eyes by offering you frozen raviolis that aren't even made within 500 miles of this front door are you going to tell your wife or shall I I

Henry he was always in a bad mood no matter what he made me wash his car one day what that was the most ridiculous thing I've ever done for him they were always yelling at each other it's just that they don't really know how to manage a restaurant I don't know what it is but they both think that like the whole world is out together who

they have to clean cars in the middle of service because the boss wants his car cleaned over 50 staff being fired in that short period of time really 50 staff 50 staff you're saying that I have fired 50 staff since just you're saying that I am can you prove that to me well you said prior that you've hired hundreds staff so I don't I think firing
