I fixed my own curb!

Alright, so it took 10 and a half of them bad boys. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11 and a half actually. And you can see where I moved them from. You see how I increased my curve, my curve action here. And then, ah, and then I, I took the remaining blocks that I was not using and I short back up the

side. I'll show you from another angle over here. You'll see when I get up, when I get up top there and I show you down, you'll see. And the other blocks, I made a little staircase here so people can get up and down kind of safely there. They're pretty sturdy. They're not the best. But I mean, they'll also serve as a, as, ah, you know, help

keep the erosion back a little bit right here from the rain. So, um, here, let me show you the pieces. I found these giant metal rods, man. Look at these rods I found. Big old rebar rods. I'm going to keep them, use them for something. Um, but, uh, yeah, this is where I, I put those, uh, other blocks up against the, uh, the, the, the bank

there where the whole tree caved in, um, ended up banging my head on this, um, found that piece of broken glass down there. Pulled that out. Nice little piece of wood down there too. But, um, from here, you could kind of see what the damage is done from the water. Coming from up here. And then the speed bump they put in that doesn't slow anybody down.

All it does is it routes all the water onto our property. And then a road's all of this into the creek and just just takes all of our land away. And the neighborhood hasn't come over and offered to fill it back in for us or anything. We've just been losing our property. And, um, I just want to show you the finished product here. This is, I'm

going to take some dirt. I'm going to take some dirt and I'm going to fill in between these, these cement bags. And, uh, there won't be any water seeping through there. So this will completely stop the drainage issue. Now all they have to do is come and give us some dirt to fill this in. And then we can, the grass will just grow right over it.

You know, when we fill it in, but they really should do that for us. I don't know how long we're going to have to wait, um, for the neighborhood to fix it. Uh, they're so busy with their politics and their bullshit trying to catch bears and shit. Um, but anyway, this is what I did, man. And each one of those ways. 75, 80 pounds, something like

that. I'm not sure if they're heavy. So I had to just flip them. One flip at a time. Each one had to be flipped. One flip at a time, man. Flip. Flip. Flip to move them all that way because I can't pick those up and carry them. Plus I've got a sciatica issue. But hopefully I'll be okay. Um, yeah, look at that erosion. I mean, you

can just see how the ground is just eroded right here. From the water coming in from this poorly designed speed bump. Like I said, it doesn't slow anybody down. All it served to do was make some one money, cost us some money. And, take all the rainwater from the street and put it off onto our property. That's basically all that stupid speed bump has achieved. It
