thank you hello Facebook hi everybody Jamie here it is cocktail time with Jamie it is Monday so hope everybody's had an awesome weekend a happy Easter if you celebrate Easter and we are into a brand new week so happy beginning of the week to you hope everybody is doing well we really have a good day um what a beautiful day it was today absolutely beautiful nice

and warm the sun is shining it always makes us feel happy and better when the sun is shining so hello everybody that is joining right now um I see some people joining me so thank you very much everybody for joining um so as most of you know already April is Mark from my birthday month so we are doing every day of the month of April we

are doing a special uh a special of some sort um we're giving something away we are doing something at a discounted price we're doing a buy street so we are doing that every day that we are open here in Aroma time for the month of April so I just want to give a big shout out to Marcus his birthday is tomorrow so happy almost birthday and

he's going to be turning the big 5-0 tomorrow so happy birthday to him um we could not be where we are today without him here at Roma time so thank you Marcus for all that you do for our family for the business for Aroma time for our staff for everybody so thank you very much for that let's see so I'm gonna be making one of Marcus's

favorite cocktails today the pineapple Mez cow Margarita um he loves Mezcal um so we're going to be using rompe but um if you don't know we have an um an amazing assortment of agave Spirits here at Aroma time so come on in check it out marks would love to talk to you about any of the Agave Spirits so um so yeah so give me a thumbs

making Marcus's Mezcal Margarita I will be making that here shortly hello Shante nice to see you on and uh always a pleasure to see you hopefully we'll be seeing you soon um let's see what is your favorite cocktail always drop a link I love to hear that but in the meantime I'm gonna be making this Mezcal pineapple margarita so I'm gonna just put one of my

big cubes in here so I can mix this on up I'm gonna add a little bit of agave so a margarita has a few ingredients um but I we like to use really elevated ingredients whenever we're making any of our Cocktails so we use agave that's our simple syrup we use fresh lime juice we use um very high quality independently owned Spirits always so we're going

to be using the um this Mezcal um so from Oaxaca area um and I'm going to add two ounces so I'm just going to measure out two ounces here we're gonna do two ounces of mezcal we have one ounce of triple sec spilling it all over the place I'm not used to measuring um one so one ounce of triple sec we're going to be using some

lime juice so just a couple of squirts of lime juice we're also making a pineapple flavor so we are going to add some fresh pineapple shake it on up and add a little bit more of the pineapple juice here and I think that's it so lime juice Agave Triple Sec Mezcal I like my Margaritas on the Rock so I don't know if you like yours on

the Rocks but let's give this a little shaky shake here and we're going to put salt on the rim so I use a lime and I rub it on the edge and then I put it into my Himalayan salt there you have it my next Rim I'm gonna take another big rock um I am going to put that in my glass and I'm gonna pour my

margarita right on top oh that looks good and I'm gonna put a little lime on there and a drop of soda just to drop off center and there you have it so a pineapple margarita hello Dawn hope you are well hello Hillary hello Chris hello today nice to see everybody on I appreciate you all watching me please share this um we get more more views if

you share if you like it so please please share it you can even put some Jalapenos in here jalapeno pineapple margarita with mezcal if you don't know what Meg's Cal is mezcal comes from Oaxaca and um it is um smoked Agave so they put it in the ground they smoke it check it out go online look up some YouTube videos and check out and see what

they're doing and how they're making Mezcal because it's not as Smoky as you actually think it is um some are really Smoky some aren't but they are making some really great artisanal really great handmade Mezcal style Oaxaca we were just down there in December and absolutely love it so I'm gonna give my Mezcal pineapple margarita a taste oh this brings me right back to Oaxaca oh

so they played Ryder University this weekend down in in Lawrenceville so we'll be down there this weekend watching games tomorrow's secret Bonaventure up in Olean so near Jamestown up that way um he'll be playing at Marist if those of you who are interested um to go watch any of Justin's games if you don't know Justin Place position one baseball in college and his team will be

playing at Marist in May I know it's in midweek so Wednesday Thursday Friday they're playing around this area a little bit more so if you are interested just reach out to me I'd love to have you come watch one of his games I'm actually going to take Sebastian to this game on Saturday so they'll get to go watch Uncle Justin's team play so we'll see but

Justin will probably be pitching tomorrow up in St Bonaventure so that's exciting um and it is Marcus's birthday tomorrow so please reach out say happy birthday to him um however you can reach out to him you can you can uh text him Facebook him or just send a message through Aroma time hi Dina hi Mary hi Craig thank you everybody for watching so today I made
