on, on like lane, lane wise. So long-term, I don't know that I would do it. I've seen a lot of people burn risers so far. Just fully cranking them. And the risers aren't surviving. Nope. Nope. day. They don't even wrap your fingers anymore. They used to have the metal splints and stuff for your finger. No, they don't even do that. do it at the hospital. I'm like, well, I don't feel anything. I'm doing it now crunch. Oh, it's kind of what I did. Well, while we were at the facility, that's this what I did whenever I, I was at the facility. When you heard me jump back down, I was like, Oh, that was me shoving the rib. That was me shoving the rib back in place.

I did it one motion while I didn't feel anything. It was just, Oh, it was a good thing. I wish, I wish there was something that you could do with a rib, but it's really not, especially when it's near near the middle of your ribcage where you got more motion. It just makes it worse. Or motion. No, yeah, they don't even ramp it at the hospital.

Those the days of them doing that are long going. I figure probably by the end and next week or either a week or two, I probably will stop feeling this. Because like, it's only been a week and I can tell that it's already like half of the pain that's really there. So. Oh yeah, what it like probably like about four days later. It was just like,
