It's Over! Bitcoin Is Finished! Panic Now! Price E
Mar 22, 2020 · 17m 36s
This is the end. It's over. Bitcoin has crashed by over 50%. Today Ethereum is down by 55% making for the second worst day for Bitcoin in the worst day ever for Ethereum. Fear levels are going through the roof and the global economy is in a complete free fall meltdown and all of the money in the world is not stopping the pain. So yeah, not going to
share code. It's looking pretty bad out there. By the way, that doorsong, the end. Great song. Always worth listening to on a day like today. Anyway, I've been breaking down the situation before you in this video as it stands and share my thoughts on how to handle all of this. The CryptoLark. This is where you subscribe for all of the latest and the hottest happening out
here in CryptoLand. And first just let me say this. Don't panic. All it does is cloud your mind. These are extraordinary times. We are living through a global financial black swan event. It's happening in real time. History is being made at this moment. Nothing can really prepare you for these kind of events and no one can really predict these kind of events. Bearish sentiment has not
been this bad in crypto markets for years. Ever since we had this video, the DICK measuring contest between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin's Toys Division, this is real. This is something completely different. All of the global markets are in an absolute free fall. Basically every bullish scenario for crypto has now been invalidated in the last 48 hours across all time frames. Like literally nothing is good about
the current market structure. The five year trend that's broken. In fact, basically every trend line has broken. Every model has now been broken. This is an extraordinary market event. The final thing still holding was the 200 week moving average. Yeah, that didn't hold either. That got crushed. It really doesn't get much more bearish than we are feeling right now. There was some strong support around $4,100.
What happened to that? Crushed. Crushed. Maybe we can hope for a stop around $3,100, which was the 2018 bear market low. But if that breaks, good night and good luck. It's gonna get tough out there, guys. Well, Bitcoin has had multiple 30 or even 40% corrections over its 11 year life. None of them have ever happened during a global pandemic that could bring the entire global
economy to a standstill. Everything. Everything is getting hammered. This is a black swan event after all. It's gonna be brutal. Now just a few stats for you from around the markets today, the SMP 500 dropped 7% on opening this morning. That in turn triggered the circuit breakers, which paused trading on the stock markets. That's the second time that had happened this week. The Dow Jones is
down approximately 8.5%. Oil is down 8%. Gold is down around 3%. The VIX came in around 75 today, which is getting close to the highs of the 2008 global financial crisis. The CME is literally just shutting down. That's intense. I mean, hey, at least we're not gonna have to worry about the Bitcoin CME gap for a while if that's the case, but Wauzers Friday is going
to be bad for US markets Monday, potentially much worse for US markets, spending what happens over the weekend. In the last 24 hours, we've seen the World Health Organization declare a global pandemic. The United States has suspended all travel between the United States and Europe. Ukraine cut down its border crossings by 75% India canceled all visas for non-citizens. Moscow has banned large public gatherings. Paraguay has
canceled all school across the country as well as public events. Iran's president now has it. Tom Hanks now has it. New York has declared a state of emergency. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. We're gonna go through all the stories that we have for 20 minutes telling about all the different things happening around the world. It is getting serious. Governments worldwide are moving on
this thing with quarantines and event cancellations and border closings. And of course, free money, free money, the solution to all bankers problems. The European Central Bank, they've come out and announced 120 billion dollars worth of quantitative easing. And in a truly unprecedented move, the US Federal Reserve has announced that they will pump 1.5 billion dollars. And they will have 5 trillion dollars into the markets to
keep the financial system from complete collapse. Which is more in quantitative easing in 3 days than in the last 5 years combined. Always curious how there's plenty of money for the financial markets but not enough money for other more important things. Anyway, different story. Now the world's central banks are about to start money printing in a way that this is going to make 2008 look like
child. Childs play as they desperately try to keep this entire system from imploding. But the decade of rate cuts in the endless quantitative easing, these have left these banker tools less effective than they have ever been before. 1.5 trillion in liquidity. That is really just the Federal Reserve saying that we are way up shit Creek and there is no paddle anywhere to be found. And sadly,
the hundreds of billions being pumped into the market. The economy over the last few months mostly went to propping up the massively over inflated stock markets. The fact that the 1.5 trillion dollar liquidity announcement has not stopped the markets bleeding should really tell you all that you need to know about just how screwed the markets in the economy is. First, for these banks and companies to
be bailed out again with tax payer money or even worse yet again for the banks to be bailed out with bank bailings just stealing your money straight out of your account. Socialism for the rich, capitalism for everyone else. Classic move banks. But something really important to understand in all of this madness is that nothing ever lasts forever. Every single crisis that has ever happened in the
history of the world. Ended. This one is not going to be any different. It's definitely one for the history books. No doubt about that. But it will come to an end like all of the others. But yes, it's very serious. Life savings are disappearing in an instant in fear without a doubt is in the driver's seat of the markets at the moment. And the panic is
taking over as the virus brings entire economies to a standstill. But more than anything, I think that COVID is exposing the huge structural flaws that are present in virtually every market around the world. Just remember that this is not the exclusive reason that all this is happening. It is the match that lit the powder keg, the central banks they have been filling the economy with this
gun powder for years. And the greed has seen many, many different players in the financial industry get way too over leveraged and in way too deep. And now there is a dramatic lack of liquidity, which is driving the markets much lower in a very quick way. Because there are so many investors out there who are just so deeply desperate to unload their assets at any price
that it's actually proving quite hard to do because they're not enough liquidity to soak it all up. And thus price floors are crashing to unimaginable lows. How long until this liquidity crisis course then becomes a deeper solvency crisis for a lot of businesses. And I think we can definitely see a lot of insolvency being announced. I mean, some of the banks, they were incredibly sick before
this happened. Basically, what we're looking at right now is the economy is on fire. And everybody is rushing for the emergency exit at the same time, which is crashing the prices cash is king right now cash is what everyone wants to get their hands on. And there is nowhere near enough to go around to meet that demand. That's the prices keep dropping. Anything that can be
sold for cash is being offloaded gold stocks Bitcoin your grandma toilet paper doesn't matter. Get cash for it and get rid of it. This in many ways is what is really driving down the price of Bitcoin. Because at this point, basically every hedge fund, every fidelity customer, all the millionaires, they're all out. They have dumped hard front running most retail people, of course, in the process
as usual. The whales, they are also dumping hard and a lot of these players, they can afford to dump at the levels we've seen the dumping happen at in the last 24 hours. Because a lot of these guys, they've been holding on to Bitcoin for a long time. They're dumping at a profit. So they don't care if they're only getting $4,000 for the Bitcoin. They've been
holding since $3,000. But many of the retail people out there, they're not in profit right now. And if retail panic dumps, which is to be honest, already happening to an extent, then that's going to create even more sell pressure to drive the prices even lower. Now all of that being said, the panic, it will stop at some point. This is a temporary thing. Now it may
get way worse before it actually gets better. So he repaired for that. But we are going to soon reach the point of maximum financial gain. Sounds crazy, right? Like what are you talking about maximum financial gain? Well, the cold hard truth is that events like these, make millionaires. Every time there is a major market crash, the majority of people, they panic and they sell out of
fear and they lose big time. But there is a tiny minority who get fantastically rich. It happens every single time these kind of market events happen. The clever ones buy. The old saying is incredibly true. Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful. Buy when there's blood in the streets, right? It's a simple. It's not an idea, but wickedly hard to do
in practice because fear gets the best of your brain. Old man buff it by the way, who we can attribute the quote to there. He's been sitting on 120 billion dollars in cash waiting for this exact event to happen. He's going to spend 120 billion dollars picking up deeply oversold stocks and he's going to make a fortune. And for us crypto investors who start picking up
deals, fortunes will also be made. And I know that that's really not what a lot of people want to hear that other people are out. They're going to be benefiting from your misfortune. But that is the unfortunate reality of what happens in markets because Bitcoin, unlike many asset classes, they have a core group of people that when these kind of events happen, they don't go into
panic mode and sell. They go into panic mode and buy. These are the believers in crypto. These are the ones who understand the principles of sound money. These are the ones who understand why Bitcoin is different. These are the ones who understand the concept of digital scarcity. They understand the power of permissionless, borderless money. They understand the power of having a Swiss bank in your pocket.
These people understand the technological foundations of the crypto economy and of what is being built and what that means long term. The bottlers of last resort, these are the guys that are not selling their Bitcoin right now. These are the strong hands. The ones that see the big picture and refuse to be shaken out. They understand that Bitcoin was made for such a global economic situation.
If you believe in Bitcoin long term, then this whole thing probably doesn't even bother you all that much. In fact, if you really believe in Bitcoin like me, then you're probably salivating at being able to buy at these prices. Remember our mantra, stack, sats, and chill. The second part is really important. And obviously, it's hard to do on a day like today. There's also going to
be a lot of people out there who are getting ready to ride the spring of a bunch of different trades when they bounce from their oversold positions. And yes, many people, are making a killing, shorting the market. Now me personally, I'm still holding my crypto. I even got a few decent shorts in over the last few days. And yes, I bought a little bit of Ethereum
today. To me, one Bitcoin still equals one Bitcoin. Nothing changes in my fundamental long term outlook for the crypto industry. I look out and I see opportunity. But where I see it opportunity. I'm also keenly aware of the current economic situation. I'm keenly aware of those risks. And of course, obviously understand the pain that many people are feeling right now. And the funny thing is, of
course, too, that just a few weeks ago, a lot of people were dreaming about being able to buy Bitcoin to stack sats at these prices. Now the time is here. But many people, they're not going to buy. They're going to be paralyzed by fear. And yes, of course, you do have to consider that we may be going lower. This may not be even close to the
bottom. Because people, they're going to continue to panic until this whole COVID thing actually slows down. How long that's going to be? Anyone's guess. And that everyone's probably going to to foam back in like crazy, giving us a massive bounce. But it's a different story for a different day. Now should you buy or not today, I can't give you that answer. You need to decide these
things for yourself. Dollar cost averaging at these prices is definitely going to work out well long term. That's one thing to keep in mind. But I just want to say make sure that you are properly managing your finances. Make sure that you have adequate cash on hand, build a ride out these hard times. One of the reasons that I'm not super worried is that I've got
a big enough cash position to be able to ride out the markets. Yes, I am just, you know, balls deep in crypto. But I always have a good cash position for unexpected events, if you will. Because as we know, the markets they can remain irrational for longer than you can remain solvent. Survival is key. Remember to only invest what you can actually afford to lose. Make
sure to stay calm. I know it can be really, really hard on a day like this. But please make your best effort. Do not make rash decisions. And please don't turn to drugs and alcohol to try and numb out the pain. They are not your friend. It will not help. It'll only make you more than you can. And I'm sure that you will be able to
make worse decisions and help you become depressed. Go for a walk. Spend time with loved ones. You're not too close. The whole whole COVID thing. Maybe you do a Skype watching of Netflix or something. But anyway, also take into account the blessings that you have in your life. The markets they will recover. They always recover your portfolio recovered to. But please, if you are really, really
hurting out there, you're not alone. There's a lot of people hurting just like you. Do not make a permanent solution to a short term problem. And to finish, I just want to say that I love you. You're awesome. We're going to get through this. So if you're having a hard time out there, if you're really suffering, just remember, life is awesome. And there are so much
opportunity still in these markets. And if you can change your mindset a little bit and start to look with that kind of thing, and I, it'll really improve the way that you see things playing out. That's all. That's all for today. Make sure to hit the like button. Subscribe and share. You guess what's up. Long live the blockchain. And peace out to next time. If there
is a next time. Do do do do. Do do.
