Now here's your host, Invest New York. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to this episode of cigars and crypto. You know who it is. You should boy in the world. Let me tell you. I'm so happy to have
my sister of the leaf. Danielle Danielle. How are you? Good. How are you? I'm well. I cannot complain. I want to take a moment to say thank you for being patient with me. We have been playing Zoom tag for a couple of weeks now. Yes. Definitely. Yes, but I am so happy to have you on the show. You know, I talk a lot about cryptocurrency and
Bitcoin on my show, but it wouldn't be cigars and crypto without the cigars. And so I bumped into your profile on Instagram. And I've seen you on clubhouse. And so I said, I've got to speak with her. So tell me about yourself, Danielle. How did you get into scars? Well, I am Danielle from Chicago, Illinois. I got into cigars. I used to smile. So when I
was younger in my younger days, I used to smoke black MFs. So I didn't like the concept of inhale. So I went on Google and I found like, what are, you know, some other smoking avenues that I can go. And it told me cigars. So I went to a local cigar lounge, which is called Rojo's cigar lounge. And I was like, what is that? I'm Chicago
Heights, Illinois. And they walk me through the steps of smoking a cigar, picking out a cigar, following your palette, everything. And six years later, here we are. Here we are with that. So it's been a good journey. Yes. Yes. I, you know, I bumped into some people who have been smoking for decades. I'm spoken to people who literally just started smoking a week or two. And
it's always interesting to hear how people get into the cigar culture. People find out quickly that it's more than just smoking cigars. It's a lifestyle. It's a life style. It's definitely a lifestyle. Yeah. Definitely agree with that. You know, it's interesting because when I first got into the space, I got in as a way to get close to a neighbor that didn't particularly care for me.
Okay. But he invited me out. And I was like, I'm going to have a, a scarring drink with him. And four hours later, I was, I was officially a cigar smoker. Here you are in the club now. Right. In the club now. Right. Right. And so, you know, that was seven years ago for me. Wow. I've been in space that long. And you're older than me.
But not much though. Not much. Okay. You know, not much. And, you know, each journey is unique to the individual. Because everyone's palette is unique. And what makes a good cigar to some maybe a bad cigar to others. But for me, there is no such thing as a bad cigar because there is a cigar for someone. That one that I'm smoking at the moment may not
be for me. But there is a good cigar out there for me. In that cigar that I was smoking, it's probably good for someone else. So. Definitely agree. Yeah. You know, I think a lot about the people in this room. And the people who are moving in this culture. And one of the things we had a chance to talk about before we started recording was, how
to bring women into this space. And make them feel comfortable. And most importantly, confident that they can enter into this space and have a piece of this space for themselves. Whether they want to share it with others or just be a smoker to themselves. You know, there are ways to do that. And you are working on a way to do that right now. We were talking
about tea. Tell me about the tea. Let's build some tea. Let's build some tea. Okay. And I forgot to mention this as well. I have a network called Relax the cigar network for women. We are on Facebook and Facebook group. But we're all over on Instagram. The relax cigar network. There's will. But we are planning right now. And then we're going to be able to do
that. For the neighbor to try to use through . And really give this DVD. Oh she's with, she's with disclosure engagement and she's trying to do this. You know, the women, the cigar community as well, but you know, give them some knowledge and show them, you know, how to toast or or how to cut your picture cigar by your palate. I always say go buy your
palate. Because it definitely changes over time. So we're we're going to be planning that and that's actually on May 22nd 2021 and Casa de Peorals. For us Park Illinois. So I'm definitely excited for that. We're going to be feeling some good tea. Okay. All right. You're going to have some good conversation. You're not going to be sitting there looking, you know, looking at our pretty and
everything and not talking to one another. We're definitely going to have some kind of open conversations. Right. Now let me break this down a little bit. So firstly, where did you come with the name the sexy tea lounge only in London? Where did that come from? We were actually sitting in the meeting and we were on Google because we didn't want to go with the classic
name smoking sip or cigars and tea. You know, it's is something better. So we're making it sexy because we're accent lazy. Get your sexiest dress on. You know, come on out. Put on some good clothes and be sexy. So we're going to be sexy. So we're going to be sexy. We're going to make the lounge in a sexy vibe, but you know, tea, you know, only
like things in London that we will see. And the only a London part we just found that on Google and just made it work. Definitely made it work. So it just it just sounds very, you know, like, oh, I definitely want to, you know, see what this about. Okay. So is this going to be an in person event or a version? It is going to be
in the in person event. We will have. So how we are doing it before you $5 we will have for you a get four cigars from different from your suite. So you're natural to Connecticut and a Maduro. And we're going to have that food drinks different teas for you to try. We are looking to have a teologist come out and talk about the different health benefits
of tea. You know, it's different things with tea that can help you lose weight, better your blood pressure, help with different, you know, avenues. So we're going to have someone come out. And we're going to reference some prizes out. And the guys will be in the back area watching the game as usual. Because it's a hard. It's in everything, but you know, it's going to be
a good time. Okay. Now where is this going to be? At Casa de Piro's in force. I'm going to have a look at the park Illinois. So that address is 7410 Madison Street. Okay. No problem. So folks, you heard it. 7410 Forest Park Illinois. A 7410 Madison Street. For us Park Illinois. Make sure you pull up. Visiting Yalena crew. Make sure you tell them to watch
since you. Yes. Come on out. One more now and have a good time with me. And what tell me again, what date is it? That's the second. Okay. 2021. All right. So if I find my way in the area, you're in the middle of the country for me. If I find my way in the area, don't be surprised if I pull up. You know what? If
you come, if you come all the way to Chicago, you would definitely be taken care of. That is my word. And I hope I don't cry because you came all the way. I had someone do that. I'll expensive. He came from Cincinnati, Ohio and came to support during the snowstorm. Wow. He's flew in and came. And we had a good time. And he had to stay
in the airport until that Monday night. Wow. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. That's love right there. That's love. So luckily, there's no more snowstorms. You're more than welcome to come. I got you. I got you. Hey, are you looking to invest in Bitcoin? Coin Flip is the easiest way to buy. Coin Flip ATMs let you trade cash directly for crypto. And you can get started with as little
as $5. You heard that right. $5. Use discount code, E O I N F L I P dot T E C H coin flip dot tech. Don't forget. Use that discount code. We've talked about the sexy T lounge. Only in London. Let's talk about the relax network. I'm assuming that the sexy T lounge is a spin off of your relax network project. So tell me about
the relax network project. So relax the the cigar network for women. We started January 28, 2020. And during during that time, we only started with 30 members. And today, probably, I say we have 353 ladies, a part of relax. So, it's been a good journey. It's been a rough journey. But I want to trade it for the world. I want to trade it. Yeah. But this
is that this is a network for women to brand their business. Learn about the lifestyle, the cultural. O cigars and have fellowship, have fellowship is other sisters of the lead of the world where we all come together. And, you know, I think it's really a big, really big part of the idea that we're dealing with. Support one another. Yeah. You know, I think it's important that
people who want to enter this space feel comfortable coming into the space. Sure. And, you know, I think about the experience that I have. At the lounge, you know, there are a lot of people who smoke where I smoke. And I was talking to someone on clubhouse just the other day and they were talking about how there are no women. And cigars and I'm like, bruh,
apparently, you're not in where I am because I'm not walking the lounge and it's all women in the lounge. It's all women. It's so hard to see a man. Right. Yeah. A whole full lounge of women. Right. You know, and I'm like, you know, he's, but he's he's in Germany. Okay. And the culture in Europe is different. And so there are, he says he occasionally sees
women smoke his cigars. But never, you know, in abundance and for me, it's the opposite. The cigar culture is big when it comes to women. But they are different type of smoker. And I understand that they don't feel comfortable always walking into a lounge full of men. Because, you know, you know, men, we can be pigs. I'll be straight up and tell you that, you know,
so we can't call on a, hey, baby, you need a guy. Let me, let me pick one for you. That's true. That's true. Right. You know, instead of just, you know, trying to be there to, but you get those guys that do that. And they automatically pick you out of fat, bottom bed, or a sweet Jane. Right. And I'm like, okay. That's not what I smoke.
And they hit you with a watchy smoke. Let me take you over here. The David off lay that one. Right. Exactly. Where it's going to cost you $22 or $24. Yeah. I'm, I'm proud. I'm probably going to nitpicking your hemidor a little bit, you know, and you're like, oh, I never met no woman. That smoke full cigars. Well, you never let me. So you never met
me. Speaking of full body cigars and David off, let's have that conversation right now. Danielle, what is your favorite cigar? So my favorite cigar is late hour by David off. Yeah. It is my favorite cigar. So walking you over to that cabinet is where actually where you want to be. I guess where I want to be. That's, that's I am a candy, a child and a
candy store when you walk me over there. Okay. I got you. I understand. But if I had to, you know, slim it down, I would say the upsettlers is called the original Ruboy. Okay. That has become my favorite cigar. Hmm. A good infused cigar by foundation cigars. Great smoke. Great smoke. I like that. Definitely a great smoke. I like to. Yeah. I like the Django. They
make the Django that I like and the Ruboy. And it's one other one that I saw as a matter of fact, I was looking at them today. You know, that's the only cigar only infused. Right. But I like it because it's not sweet. Yes. That's that's out of the math and true. Right. It's not sweet at all. Right. But it's got this spice. That's just the
aroma is absolutely amazing. It just it takes your breath away. And when you have a good glass of Boney James Gregory Porter, Robert Glassper, and where Jill Scott, Avery Sunshine. You have that and you have that Ruboy. It just takes your mind away. Yeah. I love Robert Glassper. I love Robert Glassper. I love Robert Glassper. Or no one, you know, these are the outside of music.
Nobody destiny wishes too. Nobody wishes the Bjanna Jami for the youngsters, who are the just plays reggae in neo soul. And it's going to be. Yes, it's going to be lit. I'm not going to sell spirits. Okay. It'll it'll only be wine. I'm trying to class it up a little bit. Yeah, I'm trying to class it up a little bit. One day. Right, right, right, right,
right. Saves in the war. You know what it is. I can't. Just send me to invite just send me to invite. I'm coming. I would love to have a lounge. If I'm honored and privileged to open up my own lounge and I see you happening. I am a big jazz fan. So John Coltrane, Mao's Davis, yes, Ella Fitzgerald. Billy, Billy Holiday, those, you know, I'm a
big jazz fan. And I can show appreciation for my father for that. You know, he, he definitely has that hook on me when it comes down to jazz. And I remember he used to always say, you and that's still in my music. You and that's still my music. I'm just learning, I'm just learning.
