tell me about the cards on the freeway it was an eight car pilot and they just slammed there's one car behind me and just rammed into US I've had headaches and like neck tension your brain got whacked [Music] laughs [Music] so why did you want to sign up to do this um well I think it's incredible because I've never had anyone look at my brain before
like this so um I I think just overall for my life I just want to be the healthiest I can be longevity um I have Alzheimer like my grandmother died of Alzheimer's so well that's important yeah okay so you wanted to do a really good job yeah uh preventing those things and I believe they're preventable yeah and the earlier you start the better it is um
so tell me about you where did you grow up what was it like growing up in your house yeah I grew up in San Dimas California so not too not too from here um and I'm an only child I have great parents I had a really amazing childhood my grandfather lived with us for a long time I was in dance I was around girls all the
time so I just didn't if anything I'm slightly like really thankful that I just have my parents full attention which yeah I don't know that might sound really bad but I just mean I've never felt like I haven't had their full amount of love so I'm thankful for that side of it I'm totally jealous I'm wearing this up oh that was one of seven and I
was irrelevant because I have an older brother an older sister four younger sister oh except my mom's older now and my dad died about three years ago my mom has not spent one night a while so one of us has slept over her house every week for three years that is so sweet so you can just imagine if I was an old child yeah yeah um
so really to look at your brain although you had Lyme in 2017. yeah so I got bit by a tick but then I got the ring um you're at the bullseye Ranch um and so they like I immediately just got put on a pretty strong antibiotic but I don't remember which one it was but I took that and then to be honest I've never had anything
since like I do not been symptomatic so I mean that's hard to say because I think there's a lot I don't know I don't know because I've gotten headaches and different things like that so I don't know if it's related to that or if it's related to other things um but in terms of like I mean that's if you get one and you yeah and then
you get the bullseye rash and you get doxycycline that's the best scenario yeah I think I was really looking at the bullseye because I got it right away so I got because right so I'm really thankful for that yeah and then it turns into a show yeah I have friends dysentery tell me about that um I got it from a Mexican restaurant in L.A really the
doctors were shocked because like when I got taken to the ER they were like have you been out of the country have you been traveling I was like at that point definitely not so I was no I just ate at this hole in the wall Mexican restaurant and um yeah it was really bad it was the bacterial one so they again put me on a really
intense antibiotic for that and um and then I had some digestive issues for a while from that almost to where they were gonna put me under for one of those like the intense colonoscopies and then right before that my symptoms kind of just stopped so I never did that but it just wasn't a fun experience I hate this interior I recommend no one ever gets it
awful it's awful it's really awful it's like the stomach flu times a thousand yeah yeah no it's like your whole insides go out yeah um borderline low thyroid tell me about that yeah so I this was just like during um the lockdown I went to had blood tests and they said I had hyper thyroidism I don't know is that low thyroid or high what's the difference
I'm like that's how I think okay I had hyper I was borderline hyperthyroid tell me about the migraines um yeah so I get I've had headaches and like neck tension since I was younger but then I remember in in 2019 right after I got married um like I started getting ones that were like right at the base of my head and they would like go up
and it would just be like where I don't want to do anything like I just need to lay in bed with like darkness and so it would just kind of quickly onset um it's not like an everyday thing it would be I tried to start to track it and it was kind of maybe like once a month it would happen and I always kind of attributed
it to dance or car accident I was in and stuff like that okay and when you say migraines are they one-sided pounding headaches or is it like someone squeezing your hair one-sided pounding once I found it yeah I think and have you been ever been on prophylactic medication for it or for headaches no yeah yeah are you light sensitive um I sometimes do you mean like
I think the only thing I've ever noticed not light sensitive but sometimes if I'm watching like television and the room is dark and the TV is the only thing that's bright that will hurt my eyes so I have to have like other lights on um but then sometimes they get like sense of having a headache it's like when your husband yeah when I'm having a headache
but for sure tell me about the car so I was 21. and I was on the freeway um going full speed and it was a pile up so all the you know like the left lane and all the cars it was an eight car pilot and they just slammed and so this huge um it was like a not full-size semi but maybe like smaller size semi
truck where it's the back is a little bit shorter um never stopped so there's one car behind me and just rammed into us so pushed the car behind me like squish that one really small pushed it into me and then I kind of saw it from my I saw it happening like I noticed this car wasn't stopping even though I had stopped so I saw it
in the rearview mirror and quickly tried to like get into the next Lane but that lane hadn't stopped at all so I got hit from behind pushed me this way and then got hit to the side ouch yeah and did you notice anything different after that yeah so I they took me to the ER and then you know they did I don't really remember all that
part of like being there but they did whatever tests and then I went home and I had a lot of and I was doing um I've grown up dancing and so I was on the dance team and dancing and I had back pain neck pain and when did you start acting um I started acting like full-time even professionally like once I graduated from college yeah so
I didn't want I didn't plan on acting when I went to college um I grew up very shy so I was a dancer and I did modeling from a young age but I didn't like talking like honestly doing this interview is like stressful to me because being myself and talking is not like it just makes me uncomfortable but I discovered acting when I'm not being myself
is something that I really enjoy and then I'm like a different person so um when I was getting ready to go to college I was um gonna be a business major and then I planned on I wanted to go to law school and the first semester of Pepperdine you always have to do this public speaking class so my mom was like Taylor you're terrified of this
you should take an acting class with your friend just because it'll get you used to being in front of people so I took the acting class and I still ended up hating public speaking but I loved acting and so I still went to college didn't really think too much about it [Music] you have a beautiful brain yay I see a little hole there or like a
little thingy your brain got whacked but you have a beautiful brain is that like that you mean that part right there where it's like see this part right here that's where it got whacked um yeah and here in the front got this little divot here that's a concussion from when I was little accident we got hit in the back yeah um but as little I did
have um sorry I should have mentioned this before I had like a we have to get stitches in your head because I slipped as a kid great you slipped I slept on her I was actually sick and my mom was taking me to the doctor and he had this like mat on the floor but it was wet underneath them so I stepped on it slid and
cut over my head yeah that's a bad thing and how many times have you been in the hyperbaric chamber never and you have it so well I've only had it for a few months but yeah David told me that I'll start to go in the hyperbaric chamber yeah because that will help so you have a great brain but it can be better can you see this
sort of bridge here yeah I think that was that's part of the answer okay so if we you do everything I want you to do and it'll just be normal fine if you don't that's not what we want yeah and given you have Alzheimer's and Dementia on both sides you just want to be a Warrior from now until forever yeah so the you're fully in control
because you've seen it and you've seen how awful it is um your cerebellum's awesome so you should be able to beat them and pick up no I don't know what it is I remember you know what I've never like really played ping pong I do feel like I do I mean as a dancer I feel like I've done a lot of like what you're talking about
like the things and I do like dances every day yeah they do bar class every day not every day like five times a week that's awesome how aerobic is that um it's pretty aerobic I've never been the kind that like enjoys running on a treadmill you know I just don't enjoy it I know everyone's different I think I like to dance because it was like so
much you exert a lot but it's like you're doing you're thinking about it you're doing different things with it so I enjoy stuff like that so people who dance or play racket Sports Live the laws okay because dance got put in there yeah yeah no I think of dancing it's the same do a coordination exercise and you doing a lot of coordination exercise which developed your
cerebellum um I think all kids should do that as opposed to football just saying oh I'm don't worry I don't want my kids to play football I don't want that no basketball is fine yeah uh uh baseball's fine I mean they could get concussions in both of them you can get concussions and dance yeah but it's not the point of a man so I'm gonna put
your Scandal um so I think Hyperbaric for you and supplements and I want to see your Labs okay yeah [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music]
