South Koreans have happily become a year or two younger by joining the International System for counting age traditionally people were considered one year old at Birth and each year is added on the 1st of January while its Origins are unclear theories suggest it counts time spent in the womb or has links to an ancient Asian numerical system that did not have the concept of zero either
