hello this is Marcus and I am myself and my wife the hosts of several properties here in Ellenville New York just a little bit about us before I show you the property so my wife and I have owned an award-winning Farm to Table restaurant in Ellenville since 2003 called Aroma time t-h-y-m-e like the Arab Bistro aromatine Bistro we specialize in real food farm to table food

we have a massive wine list a really great stocked bar and we got into the Airbnb and VRBO Arena back in 2020 very successfully so some of the things that make us stand out we can actually offer on-site catering we can send a private Chef a bartender we can do certain things in the hospitality realm that other places can't do because we have the restaurant uh

your state comes with a complimentary wine tasting at our restaurant so ask us for more details about that we also have a wine tour company so we can help you arrange a winery tour here in the Hudson Valley where 20 minutes from the shawanga wine trail which is a lot of wineries breweries distilleries we have two different services for that anything from literally from two people

to 20 people we can accommodate you so definitely reach out uh to us for that for Wine Tours and really reach out to us for anything you need to to help plan your stay here in the Hudson Valley we have a lot of great connections we know a lot of people we know a lot of great restaurants besides our own so we're more than happy to

hello I'm Marcus and welcome to wager Farm guest house come on in and enjoy the tour [Music] so this is an 1880 Farmhouse here that uh has a barn beautiful property with a stream behind it and we'll see that later but let's uh let's go inside to the front door here so as we walk up we have two front doors here at the wager guest house

all right so we're inside this is the living room has a gas fireplace a propane fireplace great area to Lounge out we have some board games underneath down there this is your pot most popular door that you're going to use this is the side door to the house which we were just there I was just standing out there there you go it's the living room here

is the main kitchen it's your coffee station with tea decaf tea regular tea herbal tea your Keurig pods regular coffee decaf coffee table to enjoy some decorative stove and there's the kitchen [Music] and we have all the plates and glass and stemware that you need we have some herbs some spices back there we have all your individual packets everything from hot sauce to jelly and honey

of plates commercial grade cookware back here there's a laundry room and a half bath there's going to be stairs to go upstairs but we're going to go the other way so to go back to the living room we're gonna go over into the dining room now this is your formal dining room as we progress over into the original part of the house you can see how

the floorboards change we have wide but narrow and here we have much wider floorboards this is the original part of the house was built in the 1880s so here we have a full bath in there we have another small kitchen here and then we have a bedroom over here this is an eight bedroom property [Music] TV and you can see out the window here this has

a beautiful view right out there is the beer kill the hot tub is right there you have a grill outside the back door so this this is a unique bedroom because it has access to outside the property as well so this bedroom would have its own entrance I'm gonna go outside in a bit go through the rest of the house first [Music] so there are two

stairwells going up into the bedrooms one from the other kitchen one from the second front door here so you go up the steps here again the house has beautiful views back there it's our first full bathroom so this is the hallway upstairs here so again this is the original part of the house it was built in the 1880s the addition to the house will go through

this hallway and this is the newer Edition let's start with the bathroom you have a shower you have a whirlpool tub here [Music] this bathroom this bedroom has this house has three full bathrooms [Music] foreign two beds across the hall here we have two more beds this has two doors this bedroom it goes out into the hallway so that's four beds so far here's the bunk

bedroom and like the other bedroom the door opens up there and the door opens up here so you have two tube doors for these bedrooms so you have a full bed over a twin bed so you have two bunk beds here now we're officially stepping over into the newer part of the house it's built a couple decades after this bedroom has two queen beds in it

and there was a stairwell that went down into the kitchen we're gonna go up there in a couple of minutes [Music] here's the next bedroom two twin beds [Music] here we have more bunk beds again also a twin bed right there again every view here is fantastic [Music] it says a full bed here's the other bathroom shower great views again to the outside all right let's

walk upstairs [Music] here's a great place to lounge and relax it's another TV up here foosball table currently in here we do have plans to make these into chalkboard walls for the kids to write on it's not like that current we have lots of plans that we want to execute so there's always work to be done any house especially older houses but we're always looking to

make improvements and make the houses more usable fun enjoyable things like that always add more amenities to it so things may change from time to time all right let's head outside [Music] there's an old dairy barn on property then we can actually host events in weddings Gatherings events occupancy and there's about 200 people so here's the outside this is beautiful out here so a quick story

when I was 14 15 and 16 years old I'd ride my bike up the the hill pull into the little bridge over there and across over there uh we used to go down there and swim in the swimming hole that's down there we just have a rope there a friend of mine's father lived up on the other side up there uh she used to ride our

bikes 45 minutes up here in the summertime and have a great time uh there are a lot more trees back here then so we really couldn't see the house all right so we have a fire pit on property here's the hot tub this is the back of the house so over there is where the door is to that separate entrance for the uh Suite downstairs the

bedroom downstairs so this one does have a full bath and bedroom on the first floor which is a huge Plus for a lot of families especially for elderly parents so I'm going to zoom in here and stay up here because once we get down there we can hear the water really roaring zoom in a little bit and you see there's a reception area down actually a

ceremony area down there for things like weddings and stuff there's the upper Hanging Rock Falls is what we call that upper Hanging Rock Falls lower Hanging Rock Falls is Downstream a little bit about a third of a mile half a mile hike we actually have a foot Bridge right where's the Footbridge and let me see if I can zoom into the Footbridge uh it is right

there see that Footbridge right there right there back into Focus that's a foot Bridge right there that'll allow you to walk across and on our Trail on our property here and there's another little Trail there the trail goes behind the barn and again we're always looking for improvements to do on these properties that we own so don't be surprised if you show up and there's a

bocce ball court here or horseshoes or things like that that aren't currently in this video because again we're always looking for things to make our houses fun exciting interesting and enjoyable so that's a tour of wager Farms currently we also manage or have the house right next door here so this house has three bed eight bedrooms that we just toured there's a house just beyond there

that you can see right through there that's a three bedroom house that sleeps about 12 people so if you're having a larger part you need great proximity for more guests you have that house available as well currently so and there you go thank you very much
