hello this is Marcus and I am myself and my wife the hosts of several properties here in Ellenville New York just a little bit about us before I show you the property so my wife and I have owned an award-winning Farm to Table restaurant in Ellenville since 2003 called Aroma time t-h-y-m-e like the Arab Bistro aromatine Bistro we specialize in real food farm to table food

we have a massive wine list a really great stocked bar and we got into the Airbnb and VRBO Arena back in 2020 very successfully so some of the things that make us stand out we can actually offer on-site catering we can send a private Chef a bartender we can do certain things in the hospitality realm that other places can't do because we have the restaurant uh

your state comes with a complimentary wine tasting at our restaurant so ask us for more details about that we also have a wine tour company so we can help you arrange a winery tour here in the Hudson Valley where 20 minutes from the shawanga wine trail which is a lot of wineries breweries distilleries we have two different services for that anything from literally from two people

to 20 people we can accommodate you so definitely reach out uh to us for that for Wine Tours and really reach out to us for anything you need to to help plan your stay here in the Hudson Valley we have a lot of great connections we know a lot of people we know a lot of great restaurants besides our own so we're more than happy to

point you in the direction that you need to go and just help you enjoy your stay here better uh some of you might just want to Lounge out at the house and enjoy the houses they're all beautiful they all have their own unique characters so enjoy and again my name is Marcus and my wife Jamie and we are your hosts so look forward to hosting you

welcome to the time estate my name is Marcus and this is a seven bedroom property that's about 4 500 square feet with an outdoor pool 16 acres and this house has a lot to offer let's go take a tour all right so after coming up the long driveway here we have a basketball hoop here it's a black topped there's the main house so up there is

the guest house and we'll talk about that we'll go to that property that building last as you pull up here this we have a beautiful yard there's two fire pits here currently we do do a lot of Renovations so keep in mind if you're seeing someone in this video that's that is um has changed a little bit that's because we're always trying to improve and make

upgrades to all of our properties we host several other properties here on the listing sites I don't know hammocks outside to enjoy we have a horseshoe pit over there so here's the front door I'm a state all right welcome little living room here we have a printer and here's a desk in case we can get a little bit of work done office area we have one

bedroom on the first floor here so there is no attached bathroom to this bedroom but there aren't the bedroom down here two beds in it here's our first dining room a formal dining room it looks much larger dining room here Atrium area see it's more people if you need us we can get more chairs put into here tables a little bar in the corner over there

this has its own heating and air conditioning here we have a bar over here got all the gadgets here and the glasses that you can possibly need everything from Moscow Mule mugs the Shakers the stirrers to ice bins to wine openers all different types of glasses are in there martini glasses so that's the bathroom on this floor it's a half bath we have a full laundry

room here so we're gonna get the laundry done while you're here let's walk into the kitchen area now this is the kitchen area and living room wood fireplace real wood fireplace large screen TV there are speakers up here that are one on airplay this kitchen is my favorite all of our properties come with commercial grade cookware so restaurant grade cookware makes it easier to cook with

gas burners all the plates and everything that you need are here all the gadgets coffee station is complete Keurig coffee bags ground coffee uh you know we even have everything like balsamic and olive oil organic in pouches everything from honey to hot sauce everything's here for you coffee maker there's a tea station we have a tea box here it's everything you need there's one refrigerator here

there's one in the garage which I'll show you and if you're renting the guest house as well there's another refrigerator in the guest house all of our properties that you rent all have a Weber grill a very nice Weber grill this house has a really really nice Weber grill all right let's go and head upstairs there's two stairwells we just passed one we're gonna go up

the first stairwell here this now says radiant floor heating the thermostat's right there there's another one radiant floor heating central air air conditioners have two different zones upstairs and downstairs so go to the left here this is a king-sized bed this is a Jack and Jill bathroom so you actually walked through here and check this out so that door would close off you'd have your sink

to your bedroom here then it goes into a bath jetted tub and then it goes through to another bedroom of course they have their sink for their bedroom you can close these doors off so you have a semi-private now private bedroom here has two beds as you can see all of our closets are really oversized the really large closets as you can see we have cribs

we have plain packs just ask us when you make your reservation about that two more beds here we have an attached bath shower we provide the Soaps oh you don't need to worry about that we have plenty of toilet paper plenty of paper towels some makeup Rags there's irons here ironing boards all that is covered always important to familiarize yourself with the fire extinguishers and any

property that you stay in one up here in the top floor we have one down there we have one in the popcorn machine we have one as you walk in the garage it's always a good idea to just familiarize yourself with those here's the master the gas fireplace here so this house has one gas fireplace and one wood fireplace master bath has a great view of

the pool out there the back patio there's the hot tub hot tub is a 12 person Swim Spa hot tub it's a really a big hot tub it does have three Jets on that end of it that will forcibly push water so you can swim in place if you want to swim in place there's a pool which is open seasonally our property goes to the wall

right there and over to the next area into the woods we have some hiking trail over there that building right there is a wood bin that unit out there is a wood stove wood furnace that helps heat the house and does hot water when it's running so it's filled with firewood for that master bathroom another jetted tub the toilet shower again oversized closets ironing board all

that kind of stuff hair dryers so that's a tour of the upstairs actually there's one more room that I forgot to show you that's the kid's room it's right next door to the master room here and here where the bunk beds are let's take a look at this there we go so the kids room has a couch there four bunk beds so eight mattresses the kids

have a closet in the corner there as well and yeah so again like I said there's two stairwells so let me just all right so two stairwells this goes back into the living room and the kitchen all right so let's hit the playrooms now this house is two playrooms so right off of the main floor in a part of the garage here that way of Walled

off there's an arcade basketball here ping pong foosball TV over here is the entrance you're probably going to use the most this is the entrance that just where you would park outside here here's your garbage bins and there is an extra refrigerator all right back into the house and downstairs we go downstairs to the game room it's a second game room pool table air hockey it's

a keyboard there for anybody who's musically inclined came from actually Phantom of the Opera's sound set couldn't resist it beer pong table cornhole this is a chalkboard wall this is for the kids or anybody adults as well love this um it's especially cool because um like final four weekend basketball you can put your whole chart there so that's really cool all right now here we go

to the theater 16 seat theater stream all your favorite movies professional industrial popcorn machine don't worry we provide the popcorn another fire extinguisher so this is downstairs this is with this is with the pool table pool table air hockey beer pong table and the theater and more chalkboards right there of course we provide the chalk so everybody can have fun keep score kids have fun and

right there's another fire extinguisher right there safety always safety all right set over to the guest house this is the most common door that you're going to use out by the driveway that goes into the game room and the foosball table we're gonna go to the guest house right now the guest house is right up there pool hot tub fire pit the kids play area up

there is really cool foreign the guest house this is a one bedroom unit that has a pull out pull out sofa there do have a kitchen in here again everything you would need to cook is in here there's a coffee station all that kind of stuff another refrigerator this is good for larger parties or for an in-laws that want our parents that want to stay separate

versus everybody else it's a bathroom this has a king-sized bed in it a size bed a little office area here and that is a futon so that'll allow you to pull out and somebody can sleep there as well if somebody would like this is a very simple space that comes in very very handy it's been very very handy with larger parties thank you for taking the
