hello this is Marcus and I am myself and my wife the hosts of several properties here in Ellenville New York just a little bit about us before I show you the property so my wife and I have owned an award-winning Farm to Table restaurant in Ellenville since 2003 called Aroma time t-h-y-m-e like the Arab Bistro aromatine Bistro we specialize in real food farm to table food

we have a massive wine list a really great stocked bar and we got into the Airbnb and VRBO Arena back in 2020 very successfully so some of the things that make us stand out we can actually offer on-site catering we can send a private Chef a bartender we can do certain things in the hospitality realm that other places can't do because we have the restaurant uh

your state comes with a complimentary wine tasting at our restaurant so ask us for more details about that we also have a wine tour company so we can help you arrange a winery tour here in the Hudson Valley where 20 minutes from the shawanga wine trail which is a lot of wineries breweries distilleries we have two different services for that anything from literally from two people

to 20 people we can accommodate you so definitely reach out uh to us for that for Wine Tours and really reach out to us for anything you need to to help plan your stay here in the Hudson Valley we have a lot of great connections we know a lot of people we know a lot of great restaurants besides our own so we're more than happy to

hello I'm Marcus how are you so let's take a tour of our wager Farm Avery house this is our guest house here that's listed on Airbnb it's listed on VRBO and it is a three bedroom house here in the country located in Ellenville right near Ellenville New York and it was just five minutes down the road so let's take a tour of this house this is

a three bedroom Farmhouse built in the 1930s we also manage have the property right next door which is right through there over the uh kids play area there's a house and a barn over there we also have that property as well so if you have a large group that house over there is eight bedrooms has a hot tub all of our houses have hot tubs by

the way so let's check out this house we call it the Avery house because the Avery's had resided here for many many years [Music] all right welcome we just acquired these properties in 2020 in the late summer of 2020 so we're making a lot of improvements a lot of changes to these houses this is the living room it's a real wood fireplace and of course we

provide the firewood no need to schlep firewood create hangout area the living room maybe grand piano for the musically inclined out here there's a sun room this is a jackknife couch so if anybody wants to sleep out here this is an extra sleeping spot this house is 2700 square feet this house as well as all of our other houses do come with a full laundry washer

and dryer and all the chemicals you need to run those so here's our dining room it's back into the kitchen area our coffee station very proud of our coffee stations they all have coffee tea decaf regular Keurigs I'm gonna turn the lights on here so we can get it better view of the kitchen we're always making constant upgrades So currently this kitchen is scheduled for renovation

as soon as we can as soon as we can get somebody in here to do the work so this kitchen may not be accurate when you're if you're watching this video by the time you check in out the back door and there's a barn across over there the Red Barn there's a Weber grill out there all of our properties have Weber grills something like growing on

a Weber grill all of our properties have commercial grade cookware super important for people that are coming that are cooks that loves to cook that are chefs they have all these fantastic commercial grade wow cookware all the plates glasses that you need everything's here of course matching silverware which is always important we have all of that there is a half bathroom down here nice bright white

half bath this is out the back door and again every house has a hot tub [Music] and fire pit by the way all of our houses do have fire pits we provide the firewood so there you go there's the fire pit with the colorful chairs out there there's the hot tub you can actually hear the water from the waterfall behind where located just above Hanging Rock

Falls our property next door where the barn is upper Hanging Rock Falls is there the lower Hanging Rock Falls is right just past here not our property though so I just want to make a note that that's not our property aside we're going to take a tour upstairs now [Music] [Music] this house is a three bedroom house it does have two jackknife couches first we saw

one on the porch downstairs [Music] so I mean one upstairs as well we have a queen bed in here our goal is to put two queen beds in here and hopefully that'll happen soon so don't be surprised if you check in and there's a another bed full bathroom up here just renovated this did a lot of Renovations in these farm houses when we took them over

back in August of 2020 this is all new in here as well another full bath [Music] bedroom queen size bed closet [Music] here we have two bunk beds so with four mattresses those are full beds over twins so twins over full foreign [Music] called the beanbag theater [Music] check this out a bunch of bean bags here a couch nice large screen TV those blackout curtains close

you can hang out up here and uh watch a movie put the kids up here on bean bags have a great time just across the hall here poker table or the bumper pool table underneath there's another jackknife couch so you could sleep up here as well desk area [Music] and uh this is uh the Avery house the Avery guest house and wager Farm so thank you
