hello Facebook hi everybody Jamie here it is cocktail time with Jamie on this rainy snowy cold day who knows what the weather is doing out there um we'll give everybody a few minutes here to join um it is almost 4 30 on Monday Aroma time is open tonight we are open we just have a small staff but we are open I'm not sure what it's doing

in your neck of the woods but right now here it is not even like maybe it is maybe it's uh raining or drizzling or something out there but there is not much going on outside um so we are open tonight we open at five we do have a beer dinner tonight so if you feel inclined and want to come out just give us a call make

a reservation that starts at 6 30. we only have a few people for the wine dinner for the beer dinner but we will still do um The Beer dinner tonight if you only drink wine you can come down and drink wine with me so let's see I'm waiting for a few people to join me I'm gonna be making a well Armin Fizz today I don't know

if you hear in the background my grandson is in the background he is nice and happy and smiley right now so I'm listening to Sebastian um and Courtney play with him and uh he's just nice and happy and giggly so anyway um let's see upcoming events uh we're close Tuesdays and Wednesdays we're reopen on Thursday we'll have jazz on Thursday night and those of you who

are Jazz lovers I did just get a message from John Simon he will be in town in August so John will be making a special appearance here at Aroma time um in August and September and so um hopefully we'll uh we'll advertise that John played here for 15 years and then he moved away but he will be back for a couple of gigs in um in

August September so let's see some jazz on Thursday nights um Friday and Saturday I don't like my music this weekend uh Sunday we will be doing a Mezcal tasting we kind of screwed things up a little bit we screwed up the date and then we changed the date but we will be doing Mezcal 101 with Marcus on Sunday so that is at three o'clock so check

little guy say hello to everybody say hi I'm Sebastian and I'm two months old can you smile yeah say hello this is his first camera appearance everybody oh there's Cheryl maybe a smile I don't know he was just smiling up a storm look over here Sebastian camera Cheryl's saying oh my God Honey Singh's so cute yeah he's my little helper are you my little helper say

hi everybody yeah I knew I'd get a thousand views now he's sleepy I'm handing back to Courtney um so anyway so that is my grandson Sebastian if you come to Aroma time you can probably most time see him here hanging out relaxing uh hanging with Mom Dad Grandma Grandpa um and just kind of meeting people so um little social butterfly already so anyway I am going

to be a cocktail called wellerman Fizz it has oh there it goes it has rum zamaro lime juice or as yet and I need some strawberry syrup and we top it off with ginger beer so I'm gonna go ahead and I'm going to shake that on up um in my speaker I'm gonna add a little bit of ice here um so we're gonna start with rum

I'm gonna use about an ounce and a half of rum they went upstairs my little Sebastian oh I'll steal him yeah Cheryl he is he's a doll he's so cute um a splash of zamaro some orange which is almond based um it's an almond it's not the core it's just an almond um almond syrup so a little splash of almond syrup a little bit of lime

juice and I'm going to open up the strawberry syrup and put some strawberry syrup in there and then we top it off with ginger beer so oh Gina you just missed Sebastian hopefully you saw him um rewind I had little Sebastian on camera it was his first uh his first appearance on film so um all right and here's my strawberry syrup that I made all I

did was take fresh strawberries um and some agave and I blended it all up so I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna shake away so thanks everybody for watching um I appreciate it I don't know if it's snowing drop a comment where you are is it snowing um and uh drop a little comment here it's doing nothing in Ellenville so if you are around tonight and

want to uh come on in we'd love to have you so let's see if I can point the camera down so you can watch as I oh I don't know let's see it's not uh not letting me do it so let's see if I can move this back here sorry everybody there we go now you can probably see so I'm going to pour my drink so

wellerman's fizz look at that yum yum yum yum yum so a little freezing rain okay where are you watching from drop me a comment give me a thumbs up you know the um Facebook really likes comments they like the algorithm of the comments so um it helps get more views so I have lots of people joining um hello Ronnie and I'm gonna top it off with

a little bit of ginger beer and let's let's get I'll put a little lime on top so I have some some limes and there we have it so wellerman's face rum Zamara which is our um substitute for Campari so it's a bitters Bitters and orgette which is an almond um syrup do so let's give it a taste oh that's nice stay safe from Middletown awesome watching

from Ulster Heights that's a really nice drink it gets the almond and the strawberry together well that's good we're also going to be doing a strawberry margarita this week um it is really yummy Cheryl we miss you here Cheryl haven't seen you in a while we are due for a visit from you um let's see what else can I can I share um Aroma time is

open tonight we will be back open on Thursday we are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays we'd love to see you call and make reservations and uh stay safe out there don't drive unless you have to I know here um it is not doing anything so we'd love to see you if you are in the mood to get out and go for a drive and and you're safe
