Dos Buhos Winery in San Miguel and Aroma Thyme Bistro from New York

foreign list so awesome at Aroma time things like this today we just met with Eric and his mother Diane had an amazing tour afternoon um broke bread amazing family here that's been here for for 25 years they have built this amazing Vineyard here in San Miguel and San Miguel in Mexico and Central Mexico here are the vines but this is really what makes our wine list

specialist we personally go break bread with the owners and I gotta tell you we were coming here we didn't know what to expect we got here before before we got here on the cab right here we're like I said we're going to tell the cab driver to pick us up in an hour because you know I don't know if you really want to do another Winery

pay this this and this three and a half hours later we're just now calling the cab because when you meet genuine people you need people to pour their hearts and souls into their product you feel so you feel so like awesome and compelled and and like I know these people and I support their product and I support their mission and we hung out with some other

really cool people here today um uh the owner and the chef ARCA which is an amazing place in Tulum if you ever go to bloom ARCA is just this amazing cocktail restaurant top 50 in Latin America they were sitting right next with us we were breaking bread it was amazing we had the most amazing wine most amazing food today and we're here in the vines now

so our wine list Aroma time is filled with stories like this we call it a story in every core because we've traveled over 250 Vineyards and Counting um to bring the wines to you that you can enjoy it doesn't matter you know so for us it doesn't matter you know does the wine have a great rating um because a lot of wine reps walk in with

great rated wines with great value wines this and this this hot wine we want you to experience something totally different we want you to experience our personal experience and story and passion that we have for these producers because we've met them personally we don't care what wine spectator says about a wine we don't care you threw five in the store we don't that's all nonsenseless which

the true thing is true relationships relationships are King here and when we can visit and break bread and love what they're doing and they have the same passion that we do we know we're in the right place we know we're supporting the right people so um Aroma time Ellenville New York come check out our wine list um we'll be happy to share our stories with you
