silver binder hello Facebook hi everybody here it is just five o'clock on Friday so happy Friday to everybody I'll give everybody a few minutes to join in here and in the meantime Marcus and I have some pretty cool fun stuff coming up in the month of April so today is the 31st of March so tomorrow is April 1st so happy Fool's Day but it is not

a joke what I'm about to tell you at all Mark and I are coming up with some awesome amazing cool specials for every day in the month of April uh Marcus and I both celebrate our birthdays in the month of April so we want you to celebrate with us the whole month and every day that we are open we will be doing cool specials things like

a half order of wings at the bar free pizza buy one get one freeze all that kind of stuff lobster mac and cheese shrimp bruschettas and we're going to so many cool things that are going to be discounted some are going to be on us desserts all that kind of stuff so stay tuned for that that will be coming to you um every day in the

month of April so the way that Marcus and I will announce it we will do a Facebook live every day so catch us on Facebook every day and find out what the announcement is and what we'll be doing that night um or we'll send out an email so make sure you're on our email make sure you are following our Facebook lives we'll post it probably on

our Facebook as well and um that is the exciting stuff for the month of April so Marcus's birthday is April 11th minus the 17th and we're super excited to bring you all those cool specials um so hopefully I'm live because not many people are joining me so hopefully people are seeing me on um let's see uh today I'm gonna make be making something called a pink

flag Courtney found this um and I we've altered it and made it fit our menu with all of the awesome ingredients that we use here in Aroma time if you are just logging on we don't use any Big Brand behind our bar they are all small Independents um we use again which I'm going to use in Tech an Austrian gin Gifford or yet I have preferred

Violet we use all small Brands here behind our bars you can see it's an awesome bar we've got really cool stuff lots of mezcals lots of Tequilas a lot of agave Spirits Bourbons like crazy engines and we have a lot of fun here behind our bars so I am going to get started and I am going to make the big flag so it has Jay courgette

I'm reading my notes Here pineapple juice pineapple juice pineapple juice uh Violet and lemon juice so I'm gonna start with some ice in my shaker I'm going to add two ounces of dry gin I'm going to add about an ounce of courgette which is an almond um it's not on the core It's actually an almond um syrup so or orz yet sometimes I don't pronounce it

right I will be adding about an ounce of violets let's give it this beautiful color um lemon juice and I'm gonna shake that off I'm going to add a little bit of pineapple juice to it a little pineapple juice hopefully I'm live here because I don't see anybody on so sometimes that happens we have guests here already dining with us getting ready so you're looking like

hey why is there nobody and nobody's on usually I have somebody on by now so hopefully I did it right sometimes uh Facebook can be funny with the algorithms oh we're going to pour the Lady it's not quite pink it should be called the LA oh sorry it's black so pinkish oh yeah it's nice and refreshing not super light like you have in the summertime something

a little bit hardier on the Almond or jet kind of makes it a little creamy so without putting dairy in it this is awesome so again stay tuned for our Facebook lives every day announcing in the month of April all of our awesome cool specials that we will have um that will be in the month of April to celebrate Marcus and birthday we are both April

babies we are both Aries and we want to bring you some really cool fun stuff some of you take out some will be tied in um it's going to be really fun we're gonna have a good time with it but it will be starting tomorrow so stay tuned for our big announcement tomorrow to kick off April Fool's Day April 1st and it will go all the

way until the end of April so um and that's it so hope everybody has a great night we are open all weekend make reservations uh Monday night's Lobster night Sunday night is buy one get one free burgers um so dine in or take out and then we're closed Tuesday Wednesday and Jazz again on Thursday so lots of cool stuff oh 99 bottles of wine on the

bars coming up April 30th it is Sunday April 30th um I think April 30th is a Sunday I think that's the date it's either the 29th or the 30th um that is coming up a buyer tickets online go to our website um if it's nice out we'll be doing it outside but there are a hundred bottles of wine that we will be putting on the bar

lots of wines off of our wine list uh wines that we've been holding on to um so really really cool stuff super excited about bringing you uh 99 bottles of wine again we didn't do it I think we did it in the garden last year I think we did a lighter version of a rose tasting but we haven't had it obviously for the past two years

because of covid 2020 we did sneak it in right before covid that was cool but we didn't have it 21 or 22. I think we did a rose tasting last year so um that is 99 bottles and the wine wine on the bar um there are VIP tickets regular tickets and that's coming up the end of April so you'll be hearing more about that Marcus is

going to be doing a Mezcal tasting next Saturday so if anybody's interested in Mezcal come on in for a Mezcal tasting next Saturday at three o'clock call and make reservations and that's it everybody have an awesome night and cheers
