hello lovely to see you again how are you how are you nice to see you you're welcome thank you very much [Music] [Applause] [Music] I don't know [Applause] what's up so it's Joseph hi and Daniel is also a doctor of the NHS where are your best I'm at the Royal London in White Chapel I work at Great Wall Ministry yeah and I'm a GP Riverwood do

you celebrate together normally shut up sometimes most of the time for possible people with their families yeah so what do you normally do I'm normally with my family who pass over if we're not working most of the time we're on call so we might need to go into the hospital we'll be on shift yeah um but if we can be with them then it's you know

two nights late nights the kids are the main focus of attention yeah it's all about teaching them about the story yeah um but yeah that's if we can get off I have spent quite a few passovers working in hospital and can you celebrate at the hospital is that do they is it possible to for them to accommodate yes um where I work we have an amazing

um room which is set up just like this one for a cedar we have the say to play we have the muscles and it's all run by volunteers um who come in and set the whole thing up so that if families are able to get off the wards they can go downstairs and have a say to like this one fantastic so in GP obviously it's quite

different because um we're I'm often not a work of a Passover but it's about preparing the patients for it so checking all their medications the right to take over on Passover um and setting them up so that they can celebrate it with their families it's one of the highlights of the year for everyone and it's an intergenerational zader which is so lovely so as it is

today to four generations fantastic nice to see you and you enjoy soda yeah remember it all right that's why we do it over and over again what's your favorite event so when we did it last year we did it with two children and they hit them up sir in the jacket of one of my protection police officers who had to stand there it was really good

because it was nobody thought to look there we had to give up how's things in the hospitals are in general Pediatrics especially we had a large viral bounce last summer and it's felt like it's been winter since pretty much last summer just because the number of kids who are sick and coming in and like actually needing hospitalization a lot of the time yeah hasn't really gone

down that much um Staffing numbers haven't gone up that much um and this I feel like we say every year because it is worsening every year but we are really this year especially this this spring this Passover we're feeling the effects of 13 years of well it's sort of you know NHS crisis every year yeah except every crisis gets worse than the year before it's because

they keep not funding it they keep not giving it what it needs they keep ruining staff retention yeah they're not doing anything good about staff recruitment when you're on a shift you can see you you see the next patient you do the best you can do for them but then at the end of the shift you look at the a e waiting room or the board

and you see how many you're waiting on that and you feel like you've made a difference to on an individual basis but you still haven't scratched the surface because there are just so many people waiting take a lot of turning around thank you all very much for inviting me to be with you for this important celebration important story important Journey let's go [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause]
