And that's usually when they become big. They're like,

you know, I started mining in the middle of the previous bear market. So, you know, this is, this is nothing new to me. But, you know, 2021 was a big year for crypto. And you get a lot of people in here that have only been through the bull run. And, and this is the getting this taste, this bitter taste in their mouth of what it's like

to come into a bear market. And, you know, I'm just sitting here kind of like, what's that mean? Exactly. You need to understand that when you're in a bull market mentality, you don't want to take profit because, you know, it's a bull market. You're making a ton of money and pretty much doing you can pretty much put your money anywhere in a bull market and you'll

make money, I mean it's just that easy. You know, bull markets are made for hotline. You're assuming that I'm about stepping in crypto but they'll, that's it hurt me and I see, I see it when they released the new realm and it tanked everybody else. Yeah. Every time. Slanted even harder this time because the new realm is Ethereum. So slanted even harder. There's a bunch of

people that have been just crushed. One goal when I started stepping was to make my amount of B&B back that I spent on my shoe and I made 90% back so far. I can't because price is low but token on makes a shit because you know, that's kind of the way. Yeah, but you also you basically paid. I mean, how much is a personal trainer cost?

I spent probably 160 bucks. I don't want to show you. And I raffled for a second shoe on Salona and I actually won it. So I won a like a $70 shoe for a dollar. So that just more made my ROI. I'm a $60 shoe. I made about 150 ish so far back. Now it's slowed down dramatically. Right? Because economics and earnings earnings remained about the

same ish. Right? You know, but you're the amount that they're worth is way less. Right? Yeah, I re-invested a lot of my step and back into my shoes. And I've still read about that much. Maybe, Kurt W. Del, you paid a crap ton more for your shoes than I did a lot more. You got in earlier than I did. So I kind of benefited, I guess.

And I'm not. a lot of that stuff. And it's not so much that it was like I'm like sitting here and I'm just failed. I'm not sitting here going, you know, wishing any of these things to fail. It's just, you know, you step back and you can be like, all right, hype, hype's done. Price crashes. Little hype. Flatline for a while. And precious. It's hard to

swallow. I mean, I get it. So you sit there at the end and you've just all you've done, depending on where you locked your price and you've watched your value, kind of just to window down. Because they weren't, it wasn't producing enough value that people were willing to just keep recycling in that community. There's a point where they're like, oh, it's boring. And. Well, they're like

recycling. But there's not any ways you, like the main earning token is like GST, right? There's GMT, which is another token on, like the main token on the left. But you earn GST. Everybody earns GST. And there's not, there's not enough. And. Ways to burn GST. Sorry. Now you have too many users minting the crap out of it because it's unlimited because it has to be

for what it is. And. Just minting the crap out of us. So therefore the price of it. It's just going down. And down. Because it's going down because it's up and people are just selling it, not burning it or anything. They're just selling us. So it's still in the market. And that's where usually where I tell people like they're like, hey, I get in this NFT.

And I've had a few people ask me about NFTs. And I'm like, I'm like, if you're wanting to get into it, just give it a few months, let the, let the hype die out of it. Let the price settle back down to where the, where the market dictates where the mark, where the price really should be. I mean, you always have that like little run up

when it's new. And then the market figures out what it's got to do with it. It's like, okay, okay, it's here. Now what? If flatlines a little bit makes us decision. And boom, if comes back down the earth. And this is where, where it is, where you should be buying in. If you're going to grab, if you're going to grab into those NFTs, it's right as

it bottoms out, because that's where the, the tokenomics are actually playing out not long enough. I mean, you let it play out long enough. And it'll, it'll, you'll find that like little subtle out point where everything just kind of averages out. And you'll find that you really don't make a whole lot. If you like, having, having that app and stuff, it's cool. Curious, good to the
